    Your right, I think Franklin Central could have 3 or 4 in the finals. But Perry will dominate, as expected. Perry will have atleast 12 ranked wrestlers to start the season. Just an opinion though. ;D

    Just thought I would start a discussion regarding this years lineups. I know its early, but most know what weight they might be at. ;D

    Perry, CP, Rocalli, Penn. MD. As Rankingsguy has stated that LN will have a strong first 4, if N.Boston stays at ,,,,,106 or in Indiana. With B.James , A. Sparks, R. Boston . I still think over all it will be hard to match up with the Falcons. all of these wrestlers should have a good season. in no paticular order, except for Winfield ;D J.Cottey, T.Fleener, G.Wilson, A. Kenney, C.Lecount,J. Mckinnley,N. Bova,R. McClurg, K. Johnson, J.Massengale, D.Winfield..............and, I am not from Perry, just seems like common sense to me.

    How many of you knew much about Boston until the first Rankings came out? There will be some kids that mature over the summer and have really good freshmen seasons. ;D

    So if I understand right. Say Coach Tonte or Coach Snyder tales a 5 year old and in 10 years he is a State placer. The only reason he placed was because he was from a big school? I would say coaching would have more to do with it. To have State caliber wrestlers takes more then 2 hours a day, 3 months a year.

    This is why teams like Perry are wrestling for a State Championship every year. I walk into Beech Grove this morning, and the first person I see is Coach Tonte over on a mat coaching his club wrestlers. I thought to myself, after a day like they had yesterday, and here they are still going . What a great program.

    Maybe we should dissolve the individual state on Friday night because by the time 285 starts wrestling, the crowd seems to be a little smaller....... Just kidding....... ;D Team State was everything a Team tournament is about. The best Teams wrestling each other today to claim who is #1 this year. It was some great match ups. Congrats Perry, it was your year to be #1.

    I am glad he is feeling good and hope he has a great senior year. Myself, I have not seen anything on here putting your son down though. And if you read a lot of the topics, everyone gets badgered on here............... ;D

    If Naughton wins 1st round, I see 13 going to NC. Be a busy day for PM and Roncalli coaches next Saturday.

    There is a little area on the southside of Indy called Perry Township. Perry Meridian and Roncalli High schools are there. A total of 17 Ranked wrestlers and a couple knocking on the rankings door live within minutes of each other . And if you throw in Cathedrals 215, which is also a Perry Township resident, there are 18. I thought it was an interesting statistc. Great Job Coach Tonte and Coach Ellis. ;D

    Next years freshmen that I have heard about or seen wrestle over the last, seems like 25 years. These kids could have an impact when they enter high school. They have done well at the State and National level. ??? Tommy Forte Jake Tucker Tommy Cash Garret Wilson Brandon James Bailey Lahue Conner James Isiah Kemper I am sure there are many more. Just ones that I have seen for the last 9-10 years.
