  1. I got 10. I picked Brooks at 112, Barroquillo at 130, Jackson at 130, and Sliga at 189.
  2. Mason Todd should be, considering Cody Phillips was #3.
  3. Why? You would be getting free shaved ice!
  4. He picked against Nick Crume because he has Griesemer first round, and Nick lost to him(4-2 in overtime) the last time they faced off. My money is on Nick winning this time though. Cam Matteson has Laquan Lunford first round, and that should be a good match. Hard to choose a winner there.
  5. 103 - Nathan Boston 112 - Jarred Brooks 119 - Kyle Ayersman 125 - Jared McKinley 130 - Travis Barroquillo 135 - Devon Jackson 140 - Jason Tsirtsis (Only lock) 145 - Eric Roach 152 - Doug Welch 160 - Chad Welch 171 - Drake Stein 189 - Mitch Silga 215 - Trey Reese 285 - Jeremiah Harvey (Don't ask why, I just have this weird feeling)

  7. On that subject, I can't believe he lost to Poynter in the finals since he beat him last week (8-4?). I knew they would meet in the finals, but I figured Crume would win again since he was pretty much the dominant one in their first match. But congratulations to Poynter. Perhaps these two will meet again next week. Since it is tied 1-1 we need the tiebreaker.
  8. I wasn't there, I was at the Ft. Wayne semi-state, but word about that got around our team. Congratulations to Mason Todd. What was the score?
  9. With a major from Brandon Weinkauf and Nick Crume, tech from Collin Crume, pin from Casey Adams, and decisions from Tanner Adams and Dustin Chafin.
  10. Well, congratulations to Penn. Good luck at state.

  12. My bad, I phrased that wrong. I meant the first period.
  13. How about #5 ranked heavyweight Neek Stauffer getting pinned by Clay Selman in the first round?

  15. That's crazy... And he's only a sophomore too. It will be scary seeing him his senior year. And while we're on the subject, who has given Tsirtsis his best match this year?
  16. Yes, Dominic Garrett is still at 119, but he has DRASTICALLY improved since the Al Smith. A few weeks before the Al Smith, this kid had beaten him by 2 points, he came back and pinned him in the first round twice. And our meet against Northridge, he was pinned be Devin Puckett but came back at Sectionals to beat him by 2 points in the finals. He hasn't lost a match in nearly a month. He's on a pretty big role, so if he does go down to Davis, it won't be without giving a good fight first.
  17. Unless I am mistaken, hasn't Tanner Adams at 189 beaten Mike Hamm? And I could see our 112 and 119 pull out victories, even though both will have good matches. I disagree with you saying it won't even be close.
  18. Yeah, but then it will just be rescheduled for Thursday.
  19. I have a feeling that Prairie Heights will wear Penn down in the first round better than Warsaw will for Jimtown. In the finals, it will be a very tough one to call, probably coming down to a match or two. I think Jimtown can pull the upset off though.
  20. The first two matches are Jimtown vs. Warsaw and Prairie Heights vs. Penn. Discuss.
