  1. Not from today, but earlier in the season(Al Smith) at 120 Konner Chafin of Jimtown beat #16 Matt Lechowicz 9-4.
  2. I pick Crume. No reason, just because.
  3. Not only have I watched numerous broadcasts from you guys, I have also helped broadcast one. Very much appreciate the broadcasts.
  4. Don't count out Glogouski. He only lost to Phillips last year 3-2 at semi-state and I think beat him in fresstyle off-season.
  5. I assume fwrestler only said that to gt a rise out of WC182Dad/DemoGuy/Caliboy.
  6. Last year the championship heavyweight at my sectional was Neek Stauffer and Brandon Daniels. They were both pretty fast and pretty exciting for heavyweights. While many heavyweight matches can be boring, there are some that are pretty skilled and can put on good matches.
  7. Micic is as close to a lock as you can get too. He teched Davis who just beat #2 Cottey.
  8. Most of McCloskey's big match wins are very close. From what I have seen, he's really tough to score on. But you're right, Tatom is good as well, and Hughes was very impressive at Al Smith. I put my money on McCloskey though.
  9. 120 will be crazy the second day of state. 126 has one of the best top 4 from any weight. 160 has a somewhat clear #1, but 2-8 will be pretty unpredictable I think.
  10. Haha I was just messing. WC does have a great line up this year. They could compete with any team in the state aside from Perry.
  11. That match I was impressed by. His matches with Kendall and Eldridge were really close though and could have gone either way.
  12. Some from the Al Smith 120 - Konner Chafin and Codey Flickinger over #7(113) Riley Newkirk 126 - #1 Nick Crume over #5 Tyler Fleener 17-4. 145 - #4 Tristan Macri over #3 Katsafaros 2-1 in double overtime 152 - Kyle Stillinger over #7 Manspeaker (9-6) and #15 Sammy Ferdig (6-2) I'm sure most have heard about Sopko getting spladled by Rockenbaugh, but he also trailed in the 3rd period of matches against Tommy Kendall and Mike Eldridge. Is something wrong or just a bad tournament?
  13. Macri over Katsafaros in triple overtime.
  14. 120 - Chafin over #7(at 113) Riley Newkirk 8-5.
  15. 106 - Franklin maj. 4-0 113 - Franklin dec. 7-0 120 - Penn maj. 7-4 126 - Penn dec. 7-7 132 - Penn dec. 7-10 138 - Penn maj. 7-14 145 - Penn fall. 7-20 152 - Franklin dec. 10-20 160 - Franklin tech. 15-20 170 - Penn dec. 15-23 182 - Franklin fall. 21-23 195 - Penn dec. 21-26 220 - Franklin dec. 24-26 285 - Penn fall. 24-32 My take on what it might look like if they faced.
  16. Brackets likely won't be out until the morning as the seeding meeting is tonight at 7. Might be out late tonight.
  17. Actually, we just have 4 different Keion Johnsons on our team. Only 2 are related.
  18. Perry won't get beaten, but I think Penn will keep it decently close. Their lineup is really solid this year.
