  1. Ive seen wrestlers with two legs wrestle low like that. Some wrestlers go down on a knee and move around like such. You can wrestle on your feet or down low. How is everythign handed to him? No one has wrestled with one leg before. He had to learn how to wrestle with one leg himself. He didnt have a book titled "Wrestling with one leg for dummies". He is a story of inspiration and determination. His hard work has paid off.
  2. That was a stud statement! It is apart of our american culture, look at childrens toys squirt "guns", nerf "guns" its all around us
  3. It is respectable to act like youve been there, yet he hasnt been there. He won by pinfall in the national championship, celebrate all you want, and he did very creatively
  4. Burroughs has been top ranked almost the entire year. Robles has always been the underdog, he deserved that title more than anyone. He deserves to win OW because he has to overcome adversity every time he steps on the mat. Congrats to Robles, he will always be an inspiration to many.

    Boo!

Very good idea, if the vets in the UFC are stuggling send them down to face the up and comers to see if they still got it.
  6. There is an guy from Indiana on TUF. Shamar Bailey, he trains up at integrated, any one know if he was a wrestler?
  7. lol lateral dropping kids left and right
  8. I agree completely that the ISWA did a fantastic job. Yes, there might of been some downtime, but starting a tournament with over 1000 kids at 8 A.M and I was driving home by 7:30. I think it flowed very well. Some people shouldn't complain about the waiting in some cases though. I overheard some of the volunteers helping that day and some started working at 8 A.M and didn't get to eat till around 4 when things started to slow down. They put in long hours to make sure every thing was right.
  9. He also has the best walk, In the part when he is over by the coach, thenhe turns around to walk back to the mat, most B.A. walk i have seen by a little kid
  10. The Wabash College camp is a great camp. I went last year. They bring in great camp clinicians and we got a lot of matches in. http://www.wrestlingindiana.com/
  11. And Luke was the first person to take Mitch down this year!
  12. Cyborg is a machine, she has not just been winning against opponents, she has been dominating every opponent sen fit to fight her. No one is stopping her.
  13. It is offical. At the Fight for the Troops Dana held a Q&A for the troops. First question out of the gate was When will GSP and silva fight? He announced if Silva wins his fight in Febuary and GSP whens his in March, GSP will be moving up to 185 and fight Silva. GSP also annouced that once he moves to 185 he is going to stay there. What is everyones predictions, and how will GSP do at 185?
  14. i guess he did tap Shane Carwin he must do a little
  15. Waka Flocka pumps me up Also Joe Budden Pump it up Avenged SevenFold's songs NightMare, Dangerline SevenDust's Face to Face and Enemy
  16. GSP by unanimous decision I see this being another Alves GSP will take him down and beat on him. He wont give Josh a easy way out with a KO or tapout. With all the crap Koscheck was talking on the Ultimate Figher, GSP will want to reign down on Josh.
  17. I completely agree. I myself have enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. I need wrestling to keep me motivated and to push me to my physical peak. Wrestling gives me the hardest workout I can ask for. I may get "burnt out" but then I realize how far I want to go this season and what I have in store for me in my future. Life isnt fair but we have to live it.
  18. I think Fishers will have a good showing. They have most of thier starting line-up back. I can see Fishers with a couple qualifiers.
  19. A good wrestling film is coming out though. It is based on the life of deaf UFC fighter Matt Hamill, Hamill tells the story of what it takes to be a champion, on and off the mat. Hamill is a sports drama depicting the struggles and successes Matt faces on the way to becoming a champion. Raised among those with the ability to hear, Matt later finds himself no less an outsider amidst the Deaf Community. Through sheer determination, he uses his perceived disability as an asset, and becomes both the first deaf wrestler to win a National Collegiate Championship and an inspirational force to the hearing and deaf alike. (That is what it says on the about the film section on the website.) They don't know when the release to theaters is going to be, but the trailer looks pretty good.
