  1. I started going to the Arlington RTC this year and it has become my favortie. Other RTC's its all the same, at Arlington you get a new clinician to teach you a different perspective week by week. It is an amazing RTC, props to Coach Hull and Coach Morgan on a great job. Madden
  2. How long into the summer will you have the workouts?
  3. Since he is running his mouth so much, let him get the fight then and see if he can back it up or not. Thats what Dana likes to see, Dana likes guys asking to fight, he likes to see that fire, then we can see if Diaz can stand up to what he has said.
  4. I agree completely, GSP has never faced a well rounded guy until now. Not only is Diaz well rounded, he is unorthodox, it will be hard from GSP to anticipate his moves. I'd love to see Mayhem corner him as well, haha.
  5. George cant keep this figh stand either If you don't think Diaz's stand-up is sick, just watch his fight against Paul Daley. Daley is a talented striker and Diaz killed him in the first round. Nick Diaz's stand-up is the real deal. The one thing I love about Diaz is that he hates leaving any of his fights to the judges. His unorthodox stand-up style along with his sick ground game makes it very difficult to match up with.
  6. Well Diaz is a bit unorthodox, all of GSP's last fights were against some guys know for one things. Yes, Diaz has boxing, but his brother has taught him good jiu jitsu and like i said Diaz is more unorthodox and a bit more wild than the last fights GSP has had
  7. It did for Rashad Evans when he beat Rampage that whole fight was Rashad pushign Rampage against the cage.
  8. Yahoo Sports is saying that UFC 140 will be at December 10, 2011 at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. If it is in Canada and that far away GSP is going to fight there. It seems he only fights in Canada, and they are reporting Diaz vs GSP is going to get penciled in.
  9. Ive been looking at all the mma news and it seems that Nick Diaz is demanding a shot at GSP. Maybe they will hold the super fight off, and have Diaz try for the title.
  10. Should have gone to a third round at least
  11. I think Shamar should have won last night. He controled the octagon and was more effective, all Cope did was hit him when defending a shot and go backwards, i dont know how Cope can win backing up the entire fight. Yes he defended the shots but what else
  12. Rumors are that Urijah will be a coach next season. He told Dana he wants the spot. Thats how you know he will be a good coach, the UFC didnt contact him asking, he went to them demanding the spot.
  13. But I can see Brock being that kind of guy, someone who wants to look good on camera, but isnt the person he is. and Brock is sick now, so Dos Santos will be fighting Shane Carwin. This will be a great stand up battle.

    UFC 130

Wow, both hurt and already rescheduled on the card with Matt Hughes vs Diego Sanchez, MMajunkie says that the fight will be poved to August, should be UFC 135
  15. Lenn said last night that the real brock is different than the brock on camera. Lenn said that brock really doesnt care about them when the camera is not on.

    UFC 130

The real main event is Maynard vs Edgar and the Co Main Event is Jackson-Hamill. I dont think the card is completely horrible, it is not great, but there are some good fights.

    UFC 130

  18. Cejudo pulled some amazing moves to score in that match and wasnt it Ashton KutchNer haha

    UFC 130

? Edgar has beated Maynard twice.
  20. I don't like silvas attitude he is too cocky yes he can back it up but look at most champions nobody acts the way he does every other champion is very humble

    UFC 130

Lightweight Championship bout: Frankie Edgar (vs. Gray Maynard Light Heavyweight bout: Quinton Jackson vs. Matt Hamill Heavyweight bout: Frank Mir vs. Roy Nelson Middleweight bout: Brian Stann vs. Jorge Santiago Heavyweight bout: Stefan Struve vs. Travis Browne Preliminary card Welterweight bout: Thiago Alves vs. Rick Story Bantamweight bout: Miguel Torres vs. Demetrious Johnson I can see Maynard winning. The last fight, he had many opprotunities to win with either a submission, but didnt want to win by submission, He also had a chance to TKO Frankie but slowed down and didnt attack. Rampage and Hamill are both extremely good wrestlers, but I think Rampage has better stand up. Mir will definatly beat Nelson. I like Brian Stann over Jorge, United States Marine haha. Also, it is Jorge's debut in the UFC and debut fights are alwasy hard. Stefan Struve is getting better and better and that height is very helpful. I can see him winning. Rick and Thiago has had some rough past couple of fights but Thiago is huge for that weight class I can see him winning over story. Miguel and Johnson are on a winning streak but I think Miguel is a better techinally sound fighter and will come out on top.
  22. GSP didnt try to finish his last fights because of the strategy he uses. He didnt want to try to tap Shields because Shields strength is on the ground. GSP took him down to win the rounds of course and no one has the conditioning GSP has, his strategy was to see if he can outlast Shields then TKO him. When he fought Koscheck (A wrestler) he took him down and kept him down since Koscheck doesnt have good jiu jitsu, and GSP definatly won the stand up game by the look of Koschecks eye. He straight up beat Hardy, and Alves didnt go anything agaisnt him. You can hate on GSP all you want, but he strategizes his fights better than anyone. He may be a bit boring at times, but he is being smart. If you look at Anderson Silvas fight agaisnt Maia, Anderson was scared to go on the ground with him. That is Silva being smart, not going to his opponents strength. That is what GSP is going.
  23. I wasnt saying he was in contention for a title shot, i was sayign he still had some life in him left. I know he isnt going to be facing GSP for a title. I think he just still wants to fight. For his age, and his record, those wins were good wins. He has had over 50 fights, he is very strong to still be fighting today. Yes, he really needs to work hard to be able to beat Deigo. His last fights were agaisnt older guys, now he has a younger faster Diego. It will be a fun fight to watch. He doesnt need to prove his worth I dont think, he was the most dominant welterweight of all time and arguably one of the best ever in the UFC, he still has the desire to fight, nothing more.
