Hudkins won 17-7 in the Conference finals "Without the use of his left hand" he was reversed on a switch and clearly gave it up rather than use his pinky/ring finger and had to re-wrap during the match i would say he is still a state qualifier but, without the use of that hand at that level it will be challenging for him to say the least but im going to rooting for a quick recovery for this fine young man as he was and is a pleasure to watch...

If i read right Tyler Ferguson went to #2 without wrestling a match yet @ 126 (i might be wrong)....Maybe its because Molloy doesn't have any quality wins (sarcasm) as for Weliver he might had stayed on had he wrestled 126 this weekend but he did what was better for the Team and won Conference at 132 kudos to him....

Lets just hope they're in opposite brackets come state time because ive seen both and think others who haven't will be pleasantly surprised by the improvement of Molloy not saying he'll beat Red but think it'll be closer than a major or pin....just an opinion from someone who knows nothing "Styles Make Matches" from what i remember about wrestling...

Greene was down "a lot" when he rolled Grino and double grapevined him for the fall he did almost the same thing in the finals to win it all....Gotta give him the nod though he got the job done and ultimately its what won Lebanon the Conference

Control, hips and not going to rule out that its a good finals match with red...i love watching everyone and i can say Molloy is my #2....

I think this will be the "Finals" @ State after seeing Molloy this past weekend he does things that set him apart from "Torres".....

I know we have many great wrestlers as well as coaches out there and I could use all of your prayers...Tues morning Dec 23rd my mother had a stroke which has affected her memory skills.. While going through examination process they also found that she had Cancer in her Lungs,spine,liver, kidney...The Oncologist just left, he seemed more optimistic than our 1st diagnosis....her memory is starting to come back and she spoke in about 6 word sentences.....keep the prayers coming we appreciate it!!! The doc at 1st diagnosis wasn't hopefully optimistic but in 2 days we have seen signs of vast improvement has she is starting to remember things and even broke down in tears that she knows she missed Christmas. ..She didn't know myself my brother or my sister by name but does know that she knows us by association, but today knew that it was my daughter's Birthday...My mom has devoted so much of her life to wrestling and us boys in this sport that I feel now we are compelled to give back as much prayer to her as possible as the power of prayer can do amazing things..I don't mean to beg but my mom is the rock that holds this very tight family together and as the Holidays have came and gone the whole family hasn't left her side...Appreciate all Prayers, Billy Birge Rossville Varsity Wrestling Coach & Josh Birge 1998 Frankfort High School state champion.....Rules are just that, you have those who follow them and those who look more in depth in them for that loop hole of change & and sometimes that's the difference between Winning and Losing and in this battle I'm looking in depth in the rule for a positive change!!!

Nice, especially since Ragains Worm and Stambaugh will meet at least 3 more times....thus weekend Ragains/Stambaugh Sagamore Conference all 3 and same Sectional and Regional so plenty of time for things to happen but have to think after seeing the match with worm Ragains is the favorite as it was 10-2 but looked like a 15-2 match...totally 1 sided

No, he was defending the desperation headlock....remind you, the kid that got hit for stalling was the only kid shooting...even with 45 sec left he shot he didn't run around the mat he did what any of us would do with 10/15 sec left when we know the only move to beat you is a headlock and you haven't been hit yet for stalling and know you can afford 1....."3" in that time that's ludicrous on all levels and as a coach "Any Coach" would be more than upset!!

Seen a match tonight where offensive wrestler took 6 shots "scoring on 4 of them" other wrestler "0 shots" and 1 of them being with 45 seconds left to put him up 9-7 and then, with 10/15 seconds left was hit 3X for stalling to tie the match up...now I'm all for staying active but 3 times that fast to cost a kid a match REALLY!!!
