bigmak
With the conference tournament this weekend, are there any predictions as to individual and team results? I predict gonzo from Connersville to win every weight class

FatManRoller
Will that conference be a sleeper for him. gO Gonzo? In my opinion, if Will Amberger of Batesville is healthy in time for conference, it will be a toss up match. Are there any common opponents? Mat Stat
The addition of Connersville and Rushville will make it more difficult for EC and SD to continue their run of dominance. Lawrenceburg doesn't have the quantity to make a run, but the quality is surely there. Greensburg has been awful tough this year as well, with a 16-3 dual record. Will be a great Sectional preview (trading Greensburg for Milan, Union County , and Oldenburg).

Are there any common opponents? Unless you have psychic power (or go to every Connersville AND Batesville match), it is almost impossible to figure out common opponents. At least in the state of Indiana. Individual results are a BIG secret. LOL That being said, I am still looking.
Mat Stat
In my opinion, if Will Amberger of Batesville is healthy in time for conference, it will be a toss up match. Are there any common opponents? Looks like Connersville and Batesville went head-to-head on 12/15. Common team opponents include Madison, Knightstown, Tri, Centerville, Rushville, Milan. Now you just have to figure out of these two wrestled that day, at what weight class, and who their individual opponents were. And, of course, the results. Good luck! 8)
FatManRoller
Which team is the favorite to win? I know Franklin county beat south Dearborn and Greensburg has a dual with them on Wednesday. I've not heard much of connersville or rushville this season, if anyone can give any insight on these 2 teams, it'll be greatly appreciated. Are there any common opponents? aquino from union county beat amberger 5-2 at spartan. gonzo has beaten aquino twice this year but it got a little tougher the 2nd time and at one point halfway thru I thought aquino was going to pull off an upset. that was at spartan as well and gonzo got the pin at 5:

I've not heard much of connersville or rushville this season, if anyone can give any insight on these 2 teams, it'll be greatly appreciated. FC has win over Rushville and South Dearborn. FC has not wrestled EC, Batesville, Lawrenceburg or Connersville due to weather cancellations. Maybe some head to head at spartan with Batesville and Connersville to draw on. FC will wrestle Greensburg on Wednesday as mentioned as long as mother nature cooperates. Seeding meeting will be interesting due to important conference duals missed. I have seen greensburg and was impressed but connersville is so tough. they will have multiple champs at conference. at least o'farrow at 126, day at 152, steele at 160, gonzo at 170. Bunch at 106 will be top 3.

bigmak
South Dearborn beat Connersville first dual of the year. i know and it was close...manning pinning steele was a big swing...i dont think manning gets caleb day. nothing against manning, the kid is freaking good, just day has been really good since cutting to
Mat Stat
EC has only wrestled Batesville this year (and still has a dual against FC to make up). Lawrenceburg was at our 8-Way, but in the other pool, so we didn't face them. Definitely a rebuilding year at EC. Graduated 6 of our 7 semi-state qualifiers (along with a Regional 5th placer). Plus a coaching change. Still have some quality kids that will hopefully step up! And BigMak and I will agree to disagree at 160. ;D
bigmak
And BigMak and I will agree to disagree at 160. ;D yes, you know im already torn on that one...its definately not a guarantee and not a shocker at all to see "debrickeshaw" dole win that. great kids, both of them. i dont get to see many of the teams in that conference but in preparation for regionals I have looked into a bunch and im putting together my predictions. they wont be near as complete as I do for TEC, our sectional and regional though but it should be fun to look at and criticize lol

Hooten's only loss that day was to Mitts (EC) by decision in a good match. And I am sure that people will be happy to criticize! LOL Any idea when they are holding the seeding meeting?
