The Guru
I didn't mind the entrances, but the steam things shooting off was ridiculous.
IMAWRESTLER
whether you like the show or not wrestling needs this kind of stuff to stay alive. not everyone follows wrestling like the people on this board. A little flash is good for the sport. IMO

Fabio Jr.
I wouldnt say we need it but its good. whats it hurt? I thnk we should give big belts instead of trophys. All the guys should have an entrance song. The more its like a WWe event if you will the more the general public will care...people dont watch pro wrestling for the actual "wrestling" they watch for the crazyness of everything around it all. next year Pyrotechnics! And a spanish Annouce table!
Y2CJ41
One of the funniest thing was when one of those things went off Oklahoma assistant coach Michael Lightner jumped about 3 feet in the air.
PatParham
I was in attendance this year for my first NCAA finals. It was a great show. I did not mind all the side show; I do think that it can do nothing but help the sport gain public interest. However, I think they should go ahead and leave the lights off for the final matches. They flip the lights off for the podium and entrances of the wrestlers, why not wrestle with the lights off like we do for the state finals in Indiana? That is really the only change I would suggest to the NCAA.
