gstemv81 Posted December 9, 2010 Share Posted December 9, 2010 The way I understand the rule is that if anyparticipating team is located more than 300 miles from any Indiana state line then no Indiana team can participate. There are teams (full and partial) from all over the country. There are about 32 full teams and another couple dozen partial teams. I went and watched this thing in 1999. Amazing event.
