BlueBolt
Just a point... Castle is actually just north of Newburgh Indiana...in a community known as Paradise Indiana (an Oxymoron if ever I heard one!) ;D So it is NOT the Evansville Castle Regional...It's the Castle Regional. There...That should get things stirred up around here.
LiSiHi724
hahaha And he even passed up Newburgh and went to "Paradise" Thats like me saying I dont live in Evansville. I live in a small town just North of Evansville called Earl, IN hahaha That Regional is better known as the "meat grinder" I'd say this years regional will be no different. catfish
Stein and Weiss are studs at 152. Does anyone know if they have wrestled Ritter from Reitz this year?
Jon H
Weiss bumped up to wrestler Ritter back in November - Weiss won I think by 1 pt. Ritter has not wrestled Stein.

Just looking at some of your picks, some of your top 4 finishers will meet in the first round...130 Seitz and Weinzapfel, 189 Rosebrock and Rubenacker Sorry I didn't have a bracket or a good understanding of who went where. Here are my revised picks: 103 - Kuhn, Hall, Appell, Lawlilan 112 - Griesmer, Leihmkueler, Brown, Moody 119 - Johns, Schroeder, Hoehn, Mcellhiney 125 - Henderson, Rueger, Konrath, Sulawkse 130 - Girten, Sietz, Wolf, Burkhardt 135 - Weinzy, Dehaven, Welch, Wade 140 - Sims, Welch, Hoehn, Voegel 145 - Zenhoether, Richards, Boyle, Marshall 152 - King, Ritter, Stein, Weiss - I know this one will bring some comments my feeling is that these other kids don't wrestle the schedule MD & Reitz do, therefore they haven't seen the same competion. Granted you could flip these four around just about anyway. 160 - Easterling, Edge, Weikel, Smith 171 - Wedding, Mann, Boots, Choate 189 - Rosebrock, Carlisle, Price, Adams 215 - Robision, Kercher, Wimp, Ruggeri 285 - Winkle, White, Borko, Carlisle - This is anyone's guess all matches have been close or gone into OT. It depends on who shows up too wrestle. Good luck to all wrestlers!! Does anyone know who the officials are going to be???

I don't see why anyone has Froehlich advancing. He should beat Ruggeri and he only lost to Kercher 6-5 at the Holiday Classic because the ref took the match away from him. I look for him and Kleemann to both make some noise. ;D

chambers
There are eight guys in the bracket at regional. If you get beat in the first round you are out of the tournament. If you win the first round you wrestle in the second round. If you win the second round you will wrestle for first and second. If you get beat in the second round you wrestle for third and fourth place.
