    Braylon Reynolds is in 8th this year. Dude is on a roll. Won freestyle nationals, had a great IHPO and just knocked off a two time Oregon state champ who was ranked 16th by Flo (Gage Singleton) to finish undefeated and team OW at tyrant high school duals. Been wrestling high school duals for a couple seasons now and has been beating good high schoolers. Proud of my guy!!!

    My guys Jake Hockaday, Leighton Jones, and Gunner Henry should be in any and all high school rankings. Just saying….

    Keep grinding Butlers! Knock off one or two more of dem ranked guys in these last couple months before season and he could be ranked. What’s his plan after IHPO? I assume Super 32. Maybe hit fall grappler classic to find a ranked win or two? Would love to see the boy ranked.

    shocked that Gunnner Henry is not up there. My guy has had an awesome off season. With the burgs schedule, he will have the opportunity to show what he is. Hes gonna be up there for sure.

    Both dogs are ready. It was full. Lucky they allowed any of us to come. Hopefully they will make Indiana proud and both dogs will be able to take full teams in 2023. Can’t wait!!!

    Brownsburg had 4 middle schoolers start also. Just saying….

    The guy was dominating Gross until he got stuck in a bad situation. As a parent of a college wrestler, I’ve been really watching incoming kids over the last few years. Each class comes in and every kid is a state or national champ. The first few months in that actual college room and program is rough. Most kids struggle to score a point. Some of the kids make adjustments and put in the work to start and most don’t make it 4 years. Most are done after a year or two. My point is regardless of who you are… those first few months in any college program kids grow the most. I think that the Jesse that we saw putting on Gross will elevate his skills a few more notches starting now until November. He’s gonna to be a top contender out of the gate. And at that level staying healthy is tough. With all of that said.. if he elevates his skills, like I know he will before season starts and he’s 100 percent, you have to let that dude try to go get that title. I think he will wrestle unattached early on at opens like they all do. Then… first home meet… our dude bust out of the tunnel with the OSU singlet on.

    Unreal, how good Jesse already is. I never want to play the “what if” game but… I truly believe if he doesn’t get his arm trapped against Gross our guy would be a World team member. Just my opinion. Super proud of that kid. Can’t wait to see what he does next year. I was thinking redshirt was a possibility. Not anymore… dude may win it all.

    Some good and many interesting match ups. Brownsburg goes back to back and had some younger middle school guys step up with impressive wins over older guys. Solid day of wrestling and good event. Relaxed atmosphere and good sportsmanship between the kids.

    Aweee... Don't do Morgan like that! Dude broke his finger yesterday, broke a tooth today and had a tooth go through his lip. Dude was done. This was his 9th match in two days. Proud of our guy. Placed in both styles. Mike brought it!!! Guida did get put out by the guy Morgan beat for 7th in Greco.

    Guida just got knocked out last weekend. Look for Morgan to go at him with some heavy hands! Taking my guy in a huge upset.

    There are a ton of good open tournaments over in Ohio. Ohio State goes to all of them and typically kicks butt. The starters will wrestle on Friday or Saturday the go coach or wrestle in the opens the next day. Those dudes get after it. If they redshirt, they will still get a ton of matches.

    100 percent. I actually hosted a couple of the boys from team USA at my home. Those kids had solid college careers. I appreciate @Y2CJ41 for allowing me to help those kids. Joe did a great job… one of the best events in Indiana history. Very proud to have been a very small part of that event.
