  1. We may not get to see this match though. Tanner is weighing 165 now
  2. Not trying to start a fire here but no doubt. Winkle is solid but is going to need a baseball bat to beat this kid!
  3. I would agree with Overby from Harrison at 103 and I'm going to go with Tanner Lynde at 160 and Roy Anderson at 215
  4. Congrats T great job this season keep it up! Too bad you can't turkey hunt as well as you can wrestle:)
  5. For sure! Hands down the best wrestler I've seen to not make it to state! He drew Andre Hernandez in the ticket round at M-ville one year and tossed him in the first period, that was an awesome match!
  6. Unbelievable kid with an unbelievable family. A lotta heart in that boy. Four possibly five more years, I wonder what that's going to do??? It was a privilage coaching this young man on the mat. I'm glad I had the chance to pay him back for the few years he coached me on the mat! Also I want to congratulate Michael Johnson Jones, another great kid. I can't wait to see what Indiana wrestling is going to bring next year.
  7. There is alot of ifs and buts with a few of these predictions!
  8. Tell that to everyone that saw braden atwood wrestle at merriville on saturday! All first period pins! 8)

  10. Eads stalled the entire match, I think Atwood majored him???
  11. In all honesty I am a coach. We are hired for a reason, and that reason is to put more "W's" on the board. We do wrestle offs but if you are a parent and you think that just because your kid can beat another kid in the room, gives him the right to wrestle a match? That isn't your discretion that is ours and if your kid doesn't put forth the effort in practice would you know? We are coaches, we are there everyday. We see who works hard and who has enough heart to not get pinned. If a coach decides to put a wrestler in because he is going up against a stud and the wrestler he is subbing in has heart and is hard to pin, I agree with them 100%. That's why there are coaches and spectators. But politics are different! ex: coaches son, that ain't right. Any true athlete hates politics! This is just how I feel??? You agree or you don't, owell.
  12. Really? You think so??? I'm not sure about that?
  13. This kids a beast and I believe he has potential to make it to the top. For a heavy he can move and he needs to use it to his advantage! It's not goin to suprise me when we see him wrestling under the lights at merriville. Keep it up Crawford you just gotta want it. the crazy thing is: I'm not a Culver Fan??
  14. So you think duckworth is goin to dominate atwood again this year then? kind like he did in PA huh?
  15. braden atwood from delphi had 24 tackles last friday night, 14 solos! good job braden!
  16. that is correct, i talked to braden after the match. i heard duckworth got beat three times? by Pa, IL, and Atwood
  17. i've never seen anyone practice harder than braden, and i think that is what this match is going to come down to. good luck to both of you! i am excited to watch it!
