  1. Congratulations! I, like everyone else, want to see more Indiana kids represented at the collegiate level...however we need to get there.
  2. DJ Kool - Let me clear my throat
  3. Spencer is a different wrestler. No one came within 9-10 points of him last weekend. He will can compete under the lights if he wrestles his match.
  4. Who places higher at national competition? I don't understand your point. If more wrestlers are given the chance and come back home to help develop their home programs, does't that develop MORE top level wrestlers?
  5. Clean streets...that is a good one. Maybe when the Final Four is here.
  6. Obviously, the Big 10 is the cream of the crop for collegiate wrestling. Watch matches between schools OTHER than IU and Purdue and you will notice the majority of the wrestlers competing at this level come from a state with a class wrestling system. How many kids that get 3rd, 4th, or 5th at state, so not get recruited by a D! college. If they would have won their class, they may have been given a chance.
  7. I love the previews. I am glad I submitted my picks already, so I won't feel influenced by others' picks.
  8. I DON'T THINK RALEY AND JOHNS HAD WRESTLED.
  9. I am rooting for Cathedral, but the champ is still the champ until they are dethroned. Mish will has tons of energy to repeat and Cathedral will be competing aginst that also. I will still say the Irish pull it out.
  10. After reading Jeremy Hart's interview, I was completely infavor of class wrestling. I lived in eastern Ohio and Ohio and PA wrestling produces so many great wrestlers. There has to be something about class wrestling. On the other hand, I believe in ONE champion per weight class because that is how I grew up. BUT, I think we need to grow the sport, and if that means giving more wrestlers more exposure and more opprtunity, then class wrestling is probably a good option.
  11. I thought Bellmont could beat Yorktown just like they can match up with PM. I would still put my hard earned $$$$ on the Falcons!!!
  12. Good luck to Halbert! He has a great chance for the upset Friday night!!
  13. Perry will not forget what Bellmont has done to them in the past.
  14. Ellis has done a great job with ALL three Kieffer kids, as well as the rest of the team. Both Kieffers (112 and 119) have a chance.
  15. good luck this weekend! Happy Birthday!!
  16. I wanted to choose 'E' - all of the above, including the other 10 weight classes
  17. I was hoping the shaved ice was just a topic at M'ville semi-state. I am soooo disappointed.
  18. Castle deserves every bit of recognition for slaying the beast. It is always great to see the the underdog win, but I hope this year was an abiration at EMD.
  19. Bohannon has a great chance against Richey. If Spencer wrestles like he did last weekend, EVERYONE at 130 better watch out.
