Well actually yes it does...not sure what line of work you are in, but unless you work for "The Donald" I am sure you shook hands at the interview. If it was offered and you did not, would you have still have got the job? In wrestling it boils down to the fact that 99% of the teams do it so if you don't it makes you look cocky, rather thats the intention or not.

Never once did I say that anyone was "dumb". I just have never seen anything like that before in a finals match. Again, congrats to Mr. Chalfant and to Winchester on their first ever champion.

There are some great wrestling programs in Florida. They might all involve 80 year olds in wheel chairs, but still a pretty good bang for your buck.

I remember my team in the mid 90's wanting to all wear these knee high socks that thinking back, were absolutely ridiculous. Our coaching staff took a stand and did the best they could to make sure it never happened and it did not. It is the coaches responsibility period . Represent your school kids!

Tsirtsis and Young both...very impressing. As far as Chalfant...congratulations, but wow!!! In my opinion he gave everyone a little peak of his true wrestling I.Q. I don't have to explain it because everyone knows what I am talking about.

Also, I don't remember what school it was, but the coaches wearing ragged jeans was just disgusting. This is the pinnacle of High School wrestling folks! I myself keep in fashion and have bought my fair share of "destroyed jeans" but come on guys. Being born in the early 80's , our generation gets a lot of crap these days about our attitudes and the lack of respect of what was carried on from previous generations. Hats off to all the coaches in suit and ties representing their respective schools with pride and dignity. Keep it up!
