Well actually yes it does...not sure what line of work you are in, but unless you work for "The Donald" I am sure you shook hands at the interview. If it was offered and you did not, would you have still have got the job? In wrestling it boils down to the fact that 99% of the teams do it so if you don't it makes you look cocky, rather thats the intention or not.

There are some great wrestling programs in Florida. They might all involve 80 year olds in wheel chairs, but still a pretty good bang for your buck.

I remember my team in the mid 90's wanting to all wear these knee high socks that thinking back, were absolutely ridiculous. Our coaching staff took a stand and did the best they could to make sure it never happened and it did not. It is the coaches responsibility period . Represent your school kids!
