  1. 119 and 135, so close I can't decide. On paper 119 looks the best. I feel 140 should be in there with the others. Wait a minute, startin to see a trend. They're all good! C'MON FRIDAY!!!
  2. As I put in another post, at152 Wood over Stein.
  3. Happy Birthday Sean. The best way to celebrate would be bringin the hardware back to the Region. Good luck this weekend.
  4. Wood not only has the potential, but I think he will beat Stein. It'll be a good one.
  5. Man, 30-52 for PM is brutal! Can't see Bellmont gettin past that. PM by 10.
  6. C'mon Friday!!! Can't wait to see this class. "The Gauntlet" with Brooks comin out on top.
  7. So, wrestling won't actually start til around 7.
  8. CP should run away with this but I also don't see Hawk maj Kieffer. The other Kieffer I think will at least major Manes, if not pin.
  9. I am also looking forward to Philips and Ayersman next weekend. My pick would have to go to Quiroz from Chesterton. He's a boy in a man's weight class.

Although Porras controlled him last night and looked very tough, I think Harper will get revenge Saturday night.
  11. I am looking forward to the rematch next weekend. Pending no interruptions from March or anyone else, for that matter.
  12. Good job by both wrestlers, wasn't expecting Bakalik to make it down.
  13. It's bittersweet because this also means it's the end of the season. At the end of the day some dreams and careers will fade and others will continue. Good luck to all!
  14. Being from the region, I do not have much knowledge on Castle except what I see online. They look tough and every team competing at Center Grove deserves to be there. Although I do not have them in the top four (I would say 5 between them and Bellmont), they definitely have a good chance at beating stacked PM. Good luck to all teams.
  15. Stevens didn't medal last year, but he still qualified. I think little Brooks will take him in the ticket round.
  16. Right on the money! That is awesome!
  17. Vlink has done a great job but like said previously he has good around him. He has good assistants at the high school. The ones in the background Hawk and Kutemeier who run Jr Bulldogs and Lightning deserve credit as well. Good wrestling programs have good kids programs.
  18. Did McGinley and Mandefer wrestle at Traicoff?
  19. That picture looks pretty convincing, but I still have to go with McMurray in a close one this weekend. If they meet up at Conseco(which I hope they do), it'll be a barn burner.
  20. You are correct, got ahead of myself. Hobart beat 'em at Regional. Meant to say Pendoski picked up where Tharp left off and continued winning. Boo to me.
  21. The last time CP had a state champ was Kent Swinehart in 1975. Vlink will get his first champ this year, maybe a couple.
