I think Fountain Central will come away will more champions, but Southmont will have more place 2-4 and those consolation bracket points are big in this tournament. Southmont will come away champions. 103- Bean - CV 112- Moore - SM 119- Toss up between SM, SV, NV 125- Barrett - SM in a close one. 130- Bolin -FC 135- Moore - FC 140- Lough - NM 145- Thomas - SV 152- Clough - FC 160- Mitchell - FC 171- Odle - NM or Williams NV also a close one. 189- Toss up. Paxton -R isn't a sure win. 215- Snider - NM 285- Wallace - SV

Seeger will have Hicks at 25 and Hanthorne at 12. Fountain Central is pretty strong through the middle weight classes. Not sure who's at each weight class for them.

Junior Eli Moore of fountain central. 2x reg. Champion. Lost in ticket rd at semi state freshman and sophomore years

In addition to Crawfordsville and NM from the Crawfordsville sectional, I've heard many people say Shoaf has stepped down from Fountain Central and an ex-wrestler from Purdue has been named head coach. Anyone have any true information about this?

He was beat first round of regionals by Chandler Burkhart(sp?) of Southmont. Crawfordsville had all 4 heavys advance again. -

285 @ North Montgomery Wallace vs. Melby Miller vs. Boley

Heavyweight at the North Montgomery Reg. should be stacked. McBride, Miller, and Wallace from Crawfordsville, and Hollander, Boley, and Melby from Zionsville. 6 Semi-State level Heavys and only 4 of them are gonna make it out.

Does anyone have Team or Individual Results from the Sagamore Athletic Conference? The last update I heard was Danville was on top.

I read the Crawfordsville paper the other day and Dylan McBride wrestled 215 against Fountain Central, but wrestled HWT at conference on Saturday. If he chooses to wrestle 215 at sectionals, he is definatly my pick for semi state champion.

What are some early predictions for this individual regional? Since the new format the Zionsville sectional has owned the Crawfordsville sectional in the number of kids making it to New Castle, will this stay the same or will he numbers be a little closer?

I believe as long as 1 school in the tourney did not attend on Thursday and also does not attend on Friday each wrestler in the tourney will get the extra two pounds. I think 2 pounds for 2 consectutive days missed is the maximum allowance. (Ex. 3 consectutive days missed, wrestler still only gets 2 pounds)
