Mastison a joke? Are you sleeping in your garage with the car running? The young man is growing into a fine wrestler. Matt earned his spot and I am sure learned a great deal from the expirence. He will be back!

Exactly! You'll never get me to believe Mater Dei loves Castle, nor does Castle Love Mater Dei. The athletes themselves may get along just fine, but the fans of BOTH programs typically are not going to invite each other to Sunday Brunch. It's the same story all over the state, Mish and Penn for example.

To answer the question that was aked. I have never personally hated or disliked a team. THose guys laced up their shoes and put on their head gear to do the same thing I did. Now FANS...That's a different story! I have seen some of the WORST sportsmanship imaginable from fans of programs that I KNOW would not condone that same type of thing out of their athletes. I am taking about fans literally cussing and spitting at the family members of wrestlers from the opposing team, including my parents years ago. Do you judge the program based on the lack of class shown by a few of their supporters? I am afraid it's hard to separate the two completely. Our sport is no different that others, the same stories are told in Football, Baseball, Track, and what ever that little game is with the orange ball.

"Luck is When Preparation Meets Opportunity" Each year we hear stories or our Wrestlers beating tremendous odds and over coming all sorts of hardships. For me, this is this years from the Castle Regional. Tim has always wrestled hard and been in the thick of the race. His hard work and efforts have given him the chance. His positive attitude and unwilliness to go quietly into the night have given him this success. If others can't learn from this, then they are missing the point of our sport all together!

The follies of youth! 14 Matches. 6 Minutes per Match. 84 Minutes to determine who moves on, and who goes home. That's how we decide these things.

Sims is a fine representative for this end of the state. Always has been. It's a shame he isn't at 100% in his Senior Year. Having said that, I think Chad has the edge in a match up 100% or not. After all both Chad and Doug seem to be rumored to have everything from a broken arm to Hoof and Mouth Disease and they are still rolling along. This weekend is going to ROCK!

Calling Stalling in a 285 match should be done before the initial hand shake. You KNOW it's going to be going on, so don't waste match time on it!

The New Stadium in Evansville will be hte home won't it? attendance will be WAY down...No one will want to walk 4 miles from their parking spot to the venue! GOOD PLANNING EVANSVILLE! WAY TO BUILD A WHITE ELEPHANT!
