Would be nice if it's not super packed ,but since it's a qualifier for freestyle state who knows. Unfortunately freestyle isn't quite as popular as folkstyle so alot of kids drop out and move on to other things.
Kinda looks like a outlet plug. My boys say " ladies like cauliflower ears" but then again they are only 11 ,what do they know what ladies like. I keep telling them that you can't use those ear phones you like so much with "ears" but they don't care.
Not EVERY adult matside is knowledgeable(or tempered is that a word?) enough
to coach. My kids have outgrown my knowledge of wrestling along time ago. I'm pretty sure if his coach isn't there and they MAKE him wrestle without one , me saying "get out of that " isn't going to help . : And don't even tell me that I just need to learn more ,I go to every practice and every meet, but I just can't retain it all.
Ever since my kids started wrestling we have been told NEVER wrestle without a coach. I hope you are never behind us at a tourney because thats exactly what we do.
I'm not positive but I think it was www. indysportzshotz .com /wrestling/iswa-state-finals-ben davis now I don't know if you need all that or just indysportzshotz
Best story on here. Here's mine, I had a crush on a wrestler when I was in high school(I grew up in upstate N.Y. not so much emphasis on basket ball there.) anyway I went to all home meets I could. Fast forward many years when the fliers started coming home with the oldest in elementary school I tried to get him to join,he wouldn't have it.Then in 7th grade while playing football some of the football players told him they also wrestled and he decided he would try it . The 2 young ones started in first grade and now the oldest wished he had too.[ /color].
Be fore warned I only had 6 years between my oldest and the younger ones and I had twins. :o :o :o Again congratulations and good luck. Oh and by the way I hear it's easier this time around , you don't sweat the small stuff, you're more patient.
Send them with an older kid from your club, thats what we have always done. Now my kids are the older ones and they will take the little ones with them.
But you don't actually HAVE to make the weight you registered at. If thats the weight you want to go *shrug* don't be close.I just hope people remember to cut their kids nails.
