  3. Think it would be nice to have a wrestling venue in Indiana. That all organizations could use. i.e. ISWA, HYWAY, IHSAA. Possibly the J.W. Marriott.
  4. Once before first match in Singlet and shoes w/2 pound weight allowance. There will be scale at all 12 mats, and you will be able to check weight before wrestling starts.
  5. The thing about this sport is, as soon as you start to become successful through hard work the haters will come. Keep working hard ignore the ignorance and he will succeed. I for one have a little experience with this situation.
  6. It is still being tweaked. That is why Nuway is using track this year. When it is working it will be a great resource for Hyway that will be free for clubs to host tournaments.

  8. Purdue is set to host the Big Ten Wrestling Championships March 3-4 in Mackey Arena. This championship event marks the first Big Ten Championship in the newly renovated Mackey Arena. Purdue will be hosting the Wrestling Championship for the first time since 2000. All-session tickets for the event are $40 for reserved seating, $36 for adult general admission and $24 for student general admission. Single-session tickets are also on sale at the following prices.   11. True seconds are not really fair. I'm all for wrestle backs, but when you take the second place guy that just lost the biggest match of his life its to hard to recover emotionally and wrestle a guy that has been winning his way back to third. Even if the second place guy is better he usually looses.

  14. We went to camp at OPRF last fall, my son and I became friends with Mike. You would never know anything was wrong with him. He made such and impact on both of us. Being around him you soon understand the work ethiic that this man demands. He is a great coach and mentor.
