Last chance workout before ISWA Freestyle/Greco state finals.. Lots of live action tonight.. This will be the last RTC for the year at LN.

Its Go Time Tonight! Come in and get a good sweat cooking.. Short drill for warm up, and then live action the rest of the way. -
This Thursday at LN, last chance workout for the ISWA folkstyle state finals! We will do a quick 10-15min warmup and drill and go live the rest of the time. Come out and wrestle with the best.

Coach Wade McClurg from CIA did an awesome job on rotation HiC series last night. Great room of kids, plenty of state medals combined. Riley McClurg, Harvey, Cash, Blanton, Belden, Myron Hamilton, Coach Shane Perkey, just off the top of my head.. (I think Cosaro and Bernard got scared off) Many more.. 55 wrestliers totaled from schools from all over. Next week we will go again at 630. Mostly live go's to prepare for Folkstyle State.

Great room last night.. Thanks to Coach Perkey for showing Russian tie series.. It was entertaining also to see many kids attempt the "super duck"! Awesome group of wrestlers from all over.. Some standouts: Alex Sparks, Vinny Cosaro, Wes Bernard, Max Brutus, Blake Rypel, Tommy Cash, and a bunch of semi state caliber kids.. Great coaches from LN, Cathedral, and former LN standouts as well. and many more that packed the room. Next week we will have Coach Wade McClurg from CIA! Calling out the HSE, Noblesville, Carmel, Westfield and Fishers kids!Don't be scared! Break time is over! Come in and get after it.. You don't want to miss out on Wes Bernard and his compression shorts! Next Thursday, March 7th at 630pm.

Lawrence North High School and the Wildcat Wrestling club will be hosting an RTC once again this year on the NE side of Indy. We will kick off our first RTC this Thursday night, Feb. 28th at 630pm. We will have a guest clinician every Thursday. This week, we will have Shane Perkey! Shane is a fine technician with some slick moves with awesome wrestling bio. The plan is to have our clinician demo and drill for 30-45 min and let loose with some awesome live wrestling. We want to make LN the hot spot of North Indy! All ages are welcome and you must have a current USAW card to participate. Hope to see everyone there. I will post Coach Perkey's bio later this week. -
I'm willing to bet Al Smith's tree has a few more branches..Both great coaches.
