CE will be forfeiting 103 tomorrow. We had forfeits against JC to create matchups that were more favorable to win the dual. Making lineup adjustments for favorable matchups to win the dual meet comes first in dual tournaments. We only wrestled matches in 11 weight classes and won 8 of them.

CE did not take a 103 to New Castle and then had a couple of guys dinged up and forfeited those weights the last couple of duals

I am very sorry to hear this. As you know, Ashton lost his junior year due to ACL reconstruction, so we can relate to how you guys are feeling. I know Andre will come out of this more mature and determined just as Ashton has. Good luck and get well. Just let me know if there is anything I can do to help you guys.

I like the idea. More programs need the recognition for the hard work the coaches and kids give.

I think you may be over rating Floyd a little and under estimating Columbus East. CE has it's entire team from last year returning including a couple of very good wrestlers returning from injury. CE could win HHC. Should be a good battle between Jeff, JC and CE. FC, NA and Mad will fall in line after that with Bed and Sey bringing up the rear.

I went but don't have all of the results. Johns won. Harris won Irwin won. Williams won. Walpole won. Wood won. Weiss won twice. Holler won. Wittkamp won. Scott won. Wooding won twice. Sandefer and Kenny did not wrestle. I know that's not detailed info, but it is the best I can remember. -
Does Greensburg still go to this tournament?

These are the usual teams for this tournament...You must be thinking of a tournament later in the season.

New Castle 8 way on November 19th and 20th is New Castle, Westfield, Harrison, Milan, Jay County, Connersville, CC Lincoln and Columbus East. There are several good match-ups at this event.

Hey RankingsGuy, I have a couple of topics for discussion on tonights chat. 1. 2 New Castle guys ranked at 119 and 2 Mater Dei guys ranked at 160. 2. I noticed a couple of state qualifiers from last year that were not in the rankings. Alonzo Shepherd (Jeffersonville) and Luke Welch (Castle). What are your thoughts about these guys and what looks like stacked weight classes they are in? 3. 145 only has 15 guys ranked. What about Drake Meska from Jay County? 4. There have been many rumors that Trey Reese (Indian Creek) will be at 215 and you have him ranked at 171. Do you have information on what weight he will wrestle this year and where he would fit in at 215? 5. Gabe Holt (Columbus North) beat Brock Wathan(Jennings County) in the sectional and Joey Juliano (Mooresville) in the semi-state. What are your thoughts about where he may fit. 6. Several Hoosier Hills Conference guys that I was curious about. Zach and Steven Rieker from Columbus East both lost in ticket round last year. Robby Taylor from Madison. Joey Resch, Justin Baldwin and Iyan Bass from Jennings County all lost in the ticket round last year. I know that is quite a few items to discuss, but your thoughts about these guys would be greatly appreciated. Again you do a great job and I am in no way complaining about these rankings. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and insight.
