  3. Yes I gave a hug to my freshman 152 lber after he lost his match for 3rd place at regional last year. I told him he had a very good season and I was proud of him. Oh by the way.......he also happens to be my son.

  6. The object is to pin your opponent. If you don't pin your opponent, then it should not be worth the same amount of points. If you want the extra team point, then don't play games. Get the fall.
  7. Brooks wrestled at 125 for the Al Smith.
  8. Don't forget Emerson at 152. He beat Bailey at the HHC duals.

  11. It looks like Jeff has too much for Floyd this year. I think it will show at the HHC tournament also.

  14. i think its only 5 mats in the old gym they could fit 6 but they leave that huge space open for the main table You might be right on 5 mats instead of 6. I'm going on what someone told me at the school today.
  15. If you lose your first match, then you won't have to wrestle him. Does that help? :
  16. Big guys (152 - 285) in new gym with 4 mats and little guys (103 - 145) in old gym with 6 mats.
  17. There was no discussion about it at the seeding meeting today.
  18. I think the fieldhouse at Franklin would be a good place to have it.
  19. Kopitzke is the varsity guy and Bass is JV. Both are very tough kids.
  20. There are many reasons that problems can occur durring tournaments and some are caused by things that the people runnining a tournament have no control. Please don't critisize those trying to give our young wrestlers competitve mat time without knowing the causes of the problems.
