  1. Sounds like since one person says they booked some rooms by Purdue and one says they need extra officers for the event in Evansville that they must be using both and send half the weights to one and the other half to the other….
  2. It won’t be just them…Yorktown is right there with them as the sectional score was 208-204 and easily could have gone the other way. I believe next year delta and Yorktown will battle for the regional championship. If somethings happen this year don’t count them out
  3. Sleeping a lot on some of the Yorktown and Delta kids. Both schools are back on the rise with good young coaches! They’ll be a problem going forward!
  4. Well sounds like those guys that are going to state are better than the ones that aren’t! They seed it from sectionals then it’s based on how you do after! If you don’t want to wrestle someone really good then take care of business in sectional and regional! Doesn’t matter if it’s seeded or anything kids are gonna cry in ever sport when the season is over!
  5. How about the New kid from Yorktown pulling out the championship! If I had to guess be on the lookout for the tigers the next couple years!
  6. Yorktown has hired former alum Jacob Stephenson to lead the way
  7. Yorktown is open per their school website
  8. If you want the state team to be that good then get your "studs" to do these events. Don't start bashing the kids who went out and gave their best because they wanted the experience and to represent. Some kids didn't even wrestle their normal weight. I noticed you have poynter at 126 and Stephenson at 132 but following on track those two rotated those weights meaning they were both giving up weight to begin with let alone against some of the best across the nation. These were the kids who wanted to go and dedicate themselves so live with it and don't bash them and how someone else could have done better. In the end there is almost always someone who could do better so praise the ones who try
  9. I think in a situation like 120 you take the two who lost to the highest placers and that's your two.
  10. I would think if he hasn't been inserted in a bracket he can't be added tomorrow morning.
  11. Green Torbush will be a good one and the winner vs Rutter should be good
  12. 152 should be an interesting one with Rutter Green and Torbush Yorktown will run away with the team with at least 8 champions
  13. The MEC is Monroe Central, Wes-Del, Daleville, Cowan, Wapahani, Randolph Southern, Blue River and Union.
  14. Everyone gets all upset with the seedlings especially at 120 and certain people can't make weight! Don't complain when you can't back it up!
  15. Just wondering if anyone has the actual schedule for Friday? I know wrestling starts at 9 but is there a lunch break or is there a set time for the finals to start?
  16. Jacob Gray is 2nd in the state in sacks with 9.5! He has caused lots of problems for other teams this year!
