I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Jason DeLois. I have started an Indiana Girls Wrestling National Team and we are called the Indiana IGNITES. You can find us on Facebook, or Instagram under Indiana Girls Wrestling. We have also started a website and can be found at IndianaGirlsWrestling.com. I have been involved with wrestling for roughly 30+ years and know many of you already. My first coach was Alan Goddard in the mid eighties at Fulton Jr. High School. I then went to Ben Davis and wrestled for Tony Starks, and his good friend Jim Tonte. Following high school I wrestled at U Indy and with Tonte and Schoettle. I have been coaching for 15 years off and on and am currently the Head Club coach at New Palestine High School. My interest in girls wrestling started when my daughter Sydney came home from school one day and asked to wrestle. I guess it was inevitable since she had been around it since birth, but I was still a bit surprised. Since then we have wrestled all over the country and she is currently 3rd in the Nation in Folkstyle and hopefully soon to be 1st in Freestyle this weekend at Body Bar in Texas, God-willing.  I would like to thank the ISWA for selecting me as the 2017 Fargo Women's team leader. It is very humbling knowing that I am privileged enough to be selected to such an Elite Core of Coaches and Individuals. I am a very busy person throughout the day and spend all my nights with my family, but I will try to be more frequent on the sight with posting of upcoming news and information pertaining to Indiana Girls Wrestling. I was with you until this proposal...bit of a head scratcher.

Looking forward to watching the top 3 teams in 1A battle it out...  All 3 are really good teams you will end up with quality wins over some 2A and 3A schools.
 
Prairie Heights is building something special.  Shenandoah has some extremely talented young wrestlers. Oak Hill is just very consistent year end and year out.

I found this hilarious...they actually took credit away from Red for making it to the finals and beating the guy who beat Yanni....  
 
Yes, Red may have taken a loss during his career if he was allowed to wrestle in all the top tournaments in the country during high school season...but fact remains that he won Fargo and won Pound for Pound and is the current #1 ranked wrestler...

You are correct, that is how you came off.  It wasn't a good look.  But you are a competitor, a human and everyone makes mistakes in how they handle situations in their life.  Yours was just magnified in front of a crowd and TV.  But for you to sit back, realize it and acknowledge it to mostly faceless individuals on a message board tells me you get it.  You just slipped a little.  Keep your head up and enjoy your accomplishments as you move on to the next phase of your life.  All of life's lessons teach us to be better people and there isn't a person here or in that crowd that hasn't done something they would like to have done differently.  
 
You are a champion and no one can take that away from you.  Just remember that rarely does success in life come solely from within yourself.  There is always someone (team, coach, parents, etc.) that help you get to the point to allow you to do amazing things.  Rely on those people and work your ass off and many more great things will come!

i owe everyone on this message board an apology. I looked selfish and ungrateful last night. Being frustrated is no reason to act the way I did. I apologize and appreciate the support through out my careere. Thank you
