  1. We have the gym available just need teams. We are open to doing duals or individual tournament depending on the interest level!
  2. Maybe I’ll make the trip up looks like too many Fort Wayne coaches
  3. Hearing whispers there may be more than one PM kid in Roncalli Gear now
  4. No, believe it’s a brownsburg kid who actually won’t ever wrestle for brownsburg in HS would’ve been a freshman last year. Took a year, now rumors are he’s going to SEM
  5. Ben Davis is looking for multiple JV events. Please reach out to myself with any openings.
  6. Was a tough scene today at the funeral. That community has been through a ton the past few years. 🩵
  7. The All Star Division finished up today Indiana Prospects 6th Brownsburg 9th Elite Athletic Club 10th MXW Black 12th Congrats to all these studs for competing! Lots of great matches wrestled over the last 3 days!
  8. Other teams from Indiana include Developmental Franklin Community 2 teams Indiana Smackdown 3 teams Ben Davis Intense Wrestling ??? Mooresville MXW Terre Haute North Community 1 Avon Franklin Central Columbus East Perry Meridian Warren Central Community 2 Adams Central Delta Owen Valley Terre Haute South 2 Teams Decatur Central

  13. Alex smith was a cadet Fargo AA Last summer! Kid puts in the work!
  14. Austin Arnold of Brownsburg I believe won the Avon sectional 3 maybe 4 times and never reached semi state. A little different then not making it out of sectionals.
  15. To the dirty south we go! @TripleB here the state comes!
  16. Some spots that I have heard are open. Plainfield Sullivan North Central Thank you for your kind words! @crosstownrivals
  17. Never said you weren’t doing those things. I was the High School head coach and ran our youth league taking kids to tournaments myself every Sunday as well as running weekly practices. All I’m stating is that it takes exactly that A TON OF WORK, and then some, to build success. No matter what size school you are at there are hurdles!
  18. Cascade has an enrollment of about 495. No state qualifiers from 1966-2008. 4 qualifiers from 2008-2014. 3 qualifiers in 2022, 2023. At small schools the coach needs to create opportunities just like the big school. Host an RTC, carpool to an RTC, host offseason practices even if it’s 6+ kids someone is improving although it’s not a room full of 25+ you are still getting better and growing! Again I’ll say it, CREATE OPPORTUNITIES, the success will follow!
  19. Success can be found anywhere! Just have to find a guy willing to put in the time for the kids!!! OPPORTUNITY OPPORTUNITY OPPORTUNITY! The more you make available to your kids the more everyone will grow
  20. Hey everyone. I made an announcement on Facebook but wanted to share here as well because I want a great coach to come take this over. Yesterday I resigned as the Head Wrestling Coach at Cascade High School. To many this will come as a shock and it has absolutely nothing to do with Cascade or the state of the program as both of those are in amazing shape. I had to make a decision for myself and do what was best for me professionally to pursue other opportunities. Thank you to everyone who has supported me the past 2 seasons!! I can promise you will see me in a corner next season I just don’t know what colors I will be wearing! Anyone interested in the job at Cascade please reach out I would love to get you in contact with the right people!
  21. First off congrats to this kid, his family, and his coaches! Incredible weekend! During the finals introductions I heard them say he has the Crown Point takedown record for a single season at 223 but that was before his final match. He had 2 in the finals. 225 takedowns, 37 matches, 6.1 takedowns a MATCH. On that Crown Point Schedule!!!!!! I think I brought it up 4-5 times during the finals how impressive I thought that was. Again congrats to Orlando Cruz and Good Luck at Purdue!
