  1. If people actually would give it a chance but ya I forgot about UFC people would rather watch people pound each other than wrestle lol which is understandable
  2. not sure how well it would do with the economy and all, but has anyone ever just thought why is there no wrestling level such as of the nba, nfl, mlb, pro soccer, hockey, tennis, golf, etc? i know there wwe, but what about real wrestling? i mean we have college then after that theres just olympics.. thats not really any fun...there are wrestlers who would be good enough to be in such a league, but just not THE BEST to be in the olympics. Im sure there are plenty of great wrestlers who would do this if it existed and im sure the same would go for the fans. I know I would definitely watch and have a favorite team and stuff. I don't know I don't think it's too fair that there's another level for every other sport pretty much, but not wrestling. Wrestling is an exciting sport. You could have a playoff and championship at the end of the year like every other sport too. I think it'd be cool lol, just my opinion. ;D Anyone else think it'd be cool? Anyone know why there isn't such a thing and if it's ever been discussed ?

  12. Peru is a great program specially for a smaller school sure no Belmont but still always have some great individuals and usually always get to semi state as a team

  15. i know seedings and draws are all apart of wrestling and all..and i know this is a whole different subject but i think there should be wrestle backs throughout semi state and state as well. because well obviously some get kinda screwed with a draw say at semi state. say they lose to the guy who wins the semi state in the ticket round match but yet theyre better than the next three finishers or has already beat the next three guys i think they should still be allowed to have a shot at least at facing them to go on. i mean i know its all apart of it but with a system like that you could almost guarantee the best of the best would be at state . so ya i like that they added the wrestlebacks to regional.they need to for semi state and state now somehow
  16. i thought the one and done was changed? i thought if you lost first round you still had a chance to come back and get 3rd or 4th? from what im seeing this is true. so in order to be done for good you have to lose twice.

  18. true though lol the years im talkin bout though are when there was ayersman, phillips, brooks, campbell, harvy, mckinley, petrov, todd, kuhn, then at other weight classes you had paul beck, josh harper, cashe quiroga, brandon nelson, anthony hawkins, the kieffer boys, gregory, connor mullins, casey kenney, eppert, justin brooks, ethan raley, brandon wright, daniel bradley. tsirtsis, hiestand, tony lovejoy, spencer, porras, brock norton, taylor march, the mascaros, welch boys, eric roach, richeys, sims, tonte, lynde, atwood, ryan stahl, steve stahl, sandefer, mcginley, trace hall, chad barrett, daniel young, stein, quiroz, mosier, mcmurray, tyler willis, all the bakers, duckworth, stevenson, shrewsburry, drew graber, chalfant, neal molloy, napules, derek bevans, devan jackson, mason berryman, sam bennett, zack corpe, sliga, michael jones, christian lentz, cosgrove, and many more im sure. all these guys were in around the same time frame and to me no one can tell me todays indiana wrestling is better than this lol. the career losses of all these guys together probly isnt even over 50. im sure they all have well over 100 wins. yeah obviously there are still good wrestlers right now all im saying is it didnt compare to this. my opinion, no one could convince me otherwise with all these studs. good luck to wrestlers and coaches this week in sectional
  19. 106 is nothing like it was at 103 4-6 years back. then again i think all the weight classes arent as good i feel like the quality of wrestling has went down for the most part. (my opinion)
