MattM
Michigan over Minnesota featuring true freshman stud Coon over defeating two time national champ Nelson by takedown to get the final win. That definitely shook things up.
The Guru
Coon is so fun to watch. What a story.
Disco
That heavyweight match really exposed Nelson's weaknesses. Did he even attempt a take down? Nelson is going to be pressed to produce an offense, not just counter, if he wants to beat this guy. I saw Coon pressed the action with a few attempts. The Guru
Well the Coon era didn't last long. McClure 5-1 over Coon.
Sgyorks
Hwt at big10'sand NCAA's could come down to 7-8 guys. Chalfant has been wrestling well and Telford just beat Nelson as we'll SV 3-
The Guru
Yep. Heavyweight is wide open. I think there is a pretty clear top 8 but any one of those guys could get hot and win.
