What would it take...

This will be D. Goldmans',head wrestling coach at Indiana University, last year. So start recruiting a new coach now.

Well since IU is basically returning anyone of any value for next season, so they should show some improvement team and individual wise compared the last season or two.  On that fact I'm guessing he wouldn't be done based on this coming year results, being he's made it through the last few years.  He also has his son in the program for another few years, if he stays healthy which seems like some added pull to stay a little longer rather than retire.  With the amount of money they are putting into multiple IU Football helmets, maybe they need to downsize their pay roll.  Are you speculating this Disco or have some knowledge of a contract ending or something else?

They have a great base coming back with most of the studs returning and add Malloy, Schafer, Caton (Airforce)and Raley (CC) they should be fine.  The returners and these four working with Simmons and Leblanc for another year will be fine

They will be better then fine, do not under estimate what they already have plus this group of wrestlers coming in.
