Coach Seltzer comes to Lawrence after 13 years as Head Coach at EMHS. He produced teams consistently ranked in the top 20. He has coached the NWCA Team Indiana Scholastic Duals team and coached several state champions and state finalists. Coach Seltzer aslo was 11X Voted NLC Coach of the Year 2001-2012 and 2X Voted IHSWCA Coach of the Year 2007, 2012 Coach Selzter will be working on Controlling the tie to Combination wrestling from your feet to freestyle turns.. Very high paced workout. There will be a lot of live wrestling in this week's RTC due to the upcoming Freestyle State. Practice will be held at Lawrence North at 7 pm. It will last about an hour and a half. You must have a currant USA wrestling card to attend. Please come take advantage of this opportunity!
