Perez FF over Snyder HSE.....7-5 and wasn't as close as score...Perez dominated giving up the escapes and a late takedown!!! Looks like Hugo is on the move, after Snyder beat him pretty bad last week.... i told people that this would happen earlier in the season?....

Southmont could not have been more impressive today... sending 7 to semi state! That is as many as westfield and 2 less than HSE.  These guys impressed me, especially Brown at 82.  Gave Shaefer all he wanted.  No wonder they won that sectional

It was a tremendous day at North Montgomery!!!!

Lots of great matches all over the place.  Congratulations to the Zionsville sectional for winning all 14 weight classes in the regional!!!!

Upset of the day:  Take your pick-Southmont Brown at 182 over Conner ZV or Floor WF over Neibarger HSE.

Hugo Perz of FF wrestled tough!  One post on here said neither of his matches vs. Snyder or Steele were as close as the score???  I couldn't disagree more as both Snyder and Steele had the lead in the 3rd period but Perez fought through and won both matches.  Well done Hugo, but both were very competitive matches.  Good luck to all 3 young men next week.

Jackson Bennett of HSE had a tremendous day as well, coming in as  a 4 and finishing in 2nd!

Irick looks tough as nails at 170.

Schaeffer of WF looked very impressive as well.  One poster on here put that Brown gave him all he wanted.  Score says 8-1???  Not that close.

Will Lough be able to compete next weekend?

120-Lile's win over Moore was a hard fought match

I said he gave schaeffer all he wanted because of how hard nosed and tough the kid is.  The match wasnt dominated by Schaeffer, Brown wasnt even majored.  Brown was jv last season!!  I just want to give the kid a little atta boy
