maligned
Andrew Howe lost to Tyler Caldwell in the 3rd overtime in the semi-finals of the NCAA's. His conditioning and explosiveness just were clearly not quite fully back yet this tournament. He was dragging already late in the 2nd and into the 3rd period when he usually dominates and pulls away. It was a minor miracle he kept hanging on during the overtimes. It's disappointing that he won't get a second shot at Burroughs, but I really don't think he would have had a chance without another month or two to get back to full strength. hammer
I would agree. They are a great match when both are healthy and in top form, but when Howe is injured, and not in top conditioning, he wouldn't be a match for Borroughs.
Smooth34
It looked like he was limping to me. It was clearly not the Andrew Howe we are used to seeing. I wish they wouldn't put Barry Davis on camera every year. Although, I am surprised he kept screaming for Howe to lift when it was clear he didn't have any power in his legs.
