Guest KoKo B-Ware
Yes sir, Underdogs are exactly what makes the TOURNEY great. can't tell me that seeing a 4 seed upset a 1 seed, or a 3 seed win the tourney doesn't set something off in you that makes you LOVE it even MORE
Solid51bs
Grey and Berryman will be one darn good Semi-final match! But they will just be wrestling for second place behind Quiroga!!
wrastler101
thats true, i dont see either of them beating cash. So who do you think will win in grey vs berryman to get to the finals

PUwrestler
For anyone interested Grey (Cathedral) beat Bullock (Hamilton Heights) 5-3 tonight. I think they end up even (5-5) in 10 matchups. Second, I would bet on seeing Garrity this weekend for what it is worth. Third, I amend my picks. Berryman will beat Grey in the semi-final match 7-2. Fly where are your picks? PUwrestler
He did not wrestle...............BUT he has beat his first round opponent twice this year. If that help......
fearless fly
189 lbs. Andrew Page Cath. Def. Zac Garrity HH Dec. 13-7 I copied that from the post in the North Mont.team regional topic. What gives if he didn't wrestle? ff
formerwrestler
Garity did not wrestle. Heights bumped up some of the others. Since Zach's name was listed in the program at 189, the announcer assumed he was wrestling, and that is probably how it was reported. The coaches can make some changes to their lineup. Zach's parents said he is gonna try to go on Saturday if he can get full range of motion back. Will be keeping my fingers crossed for him. He just never has any luck around tourney time. formerwrestler
tkdwnchamp
Hamilton Heights had a freshman fill in for garrity last night who didnt look half bad out there against his Cathedral opponent.
fearless fly
What are some good places to eat in Pendelton that won't have the crowds of wrestling folks? PM me if you would...don't blab them on here for everyone to see. ff
fearless fly
I think dingos assessment on the home page for this regional is pretty good. I still take Vondersaar as champion at 189, he was by far the class of the field at Hamilton Heights IMO and will be a very tough out. ff
PUwrestler
Not sure exactly how my picks panned out..... BUT of more importance was the debate last week about Gadient(Nob) and Wilson (PH). Gadient was dominant in the 3rd place match today proving the point I was trying to make....RIGHT FLY? 2-takedown 3-near fall 3-near fall 8-0 Gadient Fall Gadient.....was not even close. Is that a better definition of dominant?
fearless fly
Nice try PU!!! Last week was last week so don't try to make it this week. Come to think of it, your screen name fits you perfectly...P U. ff
WeeMom
I'll step up to the plate on this one! (Since I'm the momma!) Gadient was DEFINITELY dominant this week! I knew if Andrew got the first take down, he'd have a chance - but Tyler wasn't waiting around this time! Good luck to ALL the 12 pounders next week. These guys are a great bunch of kids!
