  1. Not sure exactly how my picks panned out..... BUT of more importance was the debate last week about Gadient(Nob) and Wilson (PH). Gadient was dominant in the 3rd place match today proving the point I was trying to make....RIGHT FLY? 2-takedown 3-near fall 3-near fall 8-0 Gadient Fall Gadient.....was not even close. Is that a better definition of dominant?
  2. He did not wrestle...............BUT he has beat his first round opponent twice this year. If that help......
  3. For anyone interested Grey (Cathedral) beat Bullock (Hamilton Heights) 5-3 tonight. I think they end up even (5-5) in 10 matchups. Second, I would bet on seeing Garrity this weekend for what it is worth. Third, I amend my picks. Berryman will beat Grey in the semi-final match 7-2. Fly where are your picks?
  4. My picks so the Fly doesn't claim I didn't put myself on the line: 103: Todd, Harvey, Price, O'Neal 112: Nelson, Gadient, Wilson, Powell 119: Wright, Eppert, Cosby, Eshelman 125: Quiroga, Gray, Berryman, Logan 130: Bullock, Franklin, Pyke, Bryant 135: Corsaro, Buck, Alley, Long 140: McGinley, Johnson, Butts, Bowers 145: Bennett, McGinley, Miller, Specht 152: Sullivan, Miller, Holt, Taylor 160: Todd, Willis, Bill, Buehler 171: Moats, Grimes, Fleenor, Buehler 189: Vondersaar, Sandberg, Nichols, Garrity 215: Warner, Buchanan, Raby, Smart 285: Cuevas, Becker, Stokes, Kerfoot Good luck all!
  5. Every singles wrestler from HH either placed as they were seeded or better. (4 wrestlers in fact finished better than seeded) I apologize, five wrestlers finished better than seeds and one finished one spot lower.
  6. FF, You are exactly right about the Gradient match; however I truly believe he wins 8-9 out of 10 matches. He did pin him and I will never walk around after a pin happy. As for the score, I simply was stating facts. HH wins by 30 points and they were dominant. Every singles wrestler from HH either placed as they were seeded or better. (4 wrestlers in fact finished better than seeded) I am sure Lovitt and Rutledge would have thrown a bit of a kink in the rankings, but the fact of the matter is they along with other Tipton wrestlers were not there. Thanks for speculating after the fact. In fact, I believe HH and PH are equal TODAY in a dual match. However, in the tournamnet format, the Huskies have more depth throughout the lineup.
  7. Gradient (fall) and Berryman (major) dominated their matches. Miller and Holt was a decent match, but Miller was pretty much in control the whole match.
