Jeremiah edwards who wrestled for LN last year had a nasty headlock too! I saw him throw it while on his back more than once. And he also did this crazy thing where he would lie on his side on the mat and wait for the guy to try and jump on him then he would end up with the takedown out of nowhere. He was definitely a fun one to watch!

Hamilton Heights had a freshman fill in for garrity last night who didnt look half bad out there against his Cathedral opponent.

Lovitt didnt wrestle in sectionals. He was supposed to get his 5th weigh-in wednesday but noblesville didnt have school because of weather. Its sad to see that talent go to waste because if i'm not mistaken this was his senior year. I would have liked to have seen him contend for a state title.

Logan is a senior this year.

For Lovitt, I hope he does wrestle. His Indiana record is 4-0. If his weigh-ins carry over from Florida, so should his record, right? Which would make his record ? which could change the minds of the coaches at the seeding meeting. Potentially, this weight class could and in my opinion should be redrawn. If Lovitt is the best he'll win the weight class anyway. But why should the other wrestlers suffer on a bad draw. I agree that the semi finals upper bracket should be the finals.

Can anyone let me know how the scoring goes for sectionals. Like how many points wins and placing is. Or a link would be awesome ;D

Hamilton Heights was a little rocky in their first tournament of the year when they faced Pendleton Heights but since then they have progressed and i see ALOT of potential on the team especially in the middle weight classes. Matt Miller has returned from being inelligable and will make a great addition to the team at 152 pounds. I think by sectionals we will see a turn-around from the Hamilton Heights we saw previously.

Hamilton Heights smoked ranked Westfield last night 43 to 26. Also earlier in the season they lost a close 35 to 30 match against Portage. I agree with fearless fly. I will be surprised if we don't see Hamilton Heights in the next team rankings. But with that close loss to #9 ranked Portage I don't see why they aren't at least in the honorable mention category at this point.

They might only have one ranked wrestler at this point but i saw hamilton heights wrestle a couple weekends ago at the western super six and they dominated with many of their wrestlers winning their weight class. Also i cant see why some of their kids arent ranked because they looked good out there even against some tough other wrestlers. They looked to be a solid team all-around.
