Will it be January 1st or will it be during the week between Christmas and New Year's Day like last year. Just curious if the kids will have the 2 extra pounds for the holiday tournaments. Two-Pound Growth Allowance Rule 4-4-4 has been amended to read "a two-pound growth allowance may be added to each weight class any time after the date of certification."
