Yes they have been progressing every year. Last year has been proven that it isn’t the normal. Hope they can get and keep the room full of tough guys from here on out. This , tougher room,and AA production will attract attention.

This guy is red hot. I think the confidence factor is coming into play from the beginning of the season. He’s going to be a bracket buster in Tulsa. -
70’s and 80’s were sure better for the Fort.

And no , Boarman did not wrestle today. Indiana won all the national rankings matches. porter took care of Palmer at 133. G. Took took care of Castillo at 149 and Washington beat Jordan at 174. Sweep.

So this is fodder for class wrestling? A lot of the talent in these regionals got eliminated prematurely. Classes would make it more fair.

For your information assembly hall minus the balcony seats , has a capacity of around 15 or so. Way more than Fart wayne coliseum or Ford center.

Wrestlers look like ants? Well to me anyone under 145. You know wrestling is a little man’s sport.

This ,and these things will always be part of wrestling. Replacing and bringing in new refs will not solve anything. It is prevalent in college as well as high school. Just part of the sport. Heartbreaking as it can be for one of the participants in a match for missed calls or wrong calls, it will never stop.

Webster, I think you are on to something here. What you said is true , and in a lot of multi class high school wrestling states ,the wrestlers are fleeing and not participating in the states finals. Unlike Indianas one class premier tournament. Where the best want to be a part of one of the greatest spectacles in high school sports. 3 of the best D1 college wrestlers from around Indiana are from 1a and 3a schools . This says a lot.
