Your best bet is to send the camera in with the kid who is wrestling or the coaches and say it's the team camera. Then just have him run it up to you. This worked for me the last couple of years.

Anybody got the seeds for the Big 8 conference tournament? Anybody got team predictions? I'm gonna have to say Mt. Vernon is the favorite.

IMO wrestle offs only determine which wrestler will get that spot for the state series. As far as I see it, the coach can wrestle whoever he wants in whatever weight class he sees fit to earn a victory for the team.

At this point would an sane man actually put North ahead of Reitz, MD, and Castle. I think not. I was just seeing if I could get a rise out of ole spiralride1!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think memorial will be a distant fourth with all the other teams even farther behind them. After seeing the result of the Memorial-Mt. VErnon dual, i don't think it will be close between them and north at all.

Hall should beat the north kid easily next time. His only problem might be one of those scrappy youngsters that reitz will have at 103.

There is a difference between the type of lifting a football player and a wrestler should do. Football is more about short burst of a lot of weight. Wrestling should be more focused on lighter weights for a longer time. It is good to build muscle strength as well as endurance for a wrestler.

Spiralride1...... keep talkin son. I still got money on north coming back strong and wining the siac. I think they could probably even make it to team state once they get everybody healthy and down to weight.
