Great win for The Northwestern bound Luke Davidson 8-0 to advance to semis. Pokorney about to roll with the number one seed (Cassioppi from IL). Eli has put even more weight on. He’s huge! But... Cassioppi it really big.

Great day of wrestling.... to be honest... I have know clue who’s moving on to day two... it was just a blur at the end of the day. Garcia, Rooks, Mulkey, the Chesterton boys, and most of the Portage kids move on to day two.

Brownsburg, Portage, and Avon are all going to Ohio this season to wrestle some really good teams. Just got to work hard to get what we can.

Season starts next week. You can’t go to club and workout with other kids from other schools once that starts (Ihsaa rules). You seem to want to get better and that is awesome. For now you need to go to your practices as much as possible. Hit your weight room. Ask your coaches to work with you extra (if they have time). Most importantly... hit the books. Wrestling means nothing if you don’t make the grades. Once your season is over... get back on this thread. There are some great people on here that will be more than happy to help a great student athlete to achieve their goals. I actually used to be the kids director at the iswa. If you are serious and are making the grades, I will help you find resources to get better (call if you would like). But.. until then put your faith and time into your high school program. #TheCounty sending 9 boys (counting Friejie). I would love to see a few of them break through. MY Columbus East team is sending the Rooks Bros. They both have enough talent to crack the rankings.

I look for us to have multiple placers at super 32. We (Indiana) have around 50 kids going! I’m guessing a few more may hit the board after that tourney.

Wow! I feel like I just had Christmas in October. An outstanding afternoon of wrestling. Big win by B Lee. The kid is a class act. Always thankful of his coaches, friends, family, and God. Congrats to all the kids. It was a great show.

Great matches so far. Most of the underdogs are winning. Blake, Matt, and Angel chilling on the front row. Hold up!.... looks like Weisjohn may have stole Blake and Matt’s seats in the front row. We may see Nick lose his belt live in Flo when they come back!
