  4. Northeastern would be interested in joining this if it goes back to a Friday night saturday morning format next year.
  5. Northeastern will be at Daleville this weekend.
  6. The high school where I coach is planning on adding a wrestling room. However, we are in a holding pattern over how big it should be. I was wondering if other coaches would be willing to send me or post the measurements for their wrestling rooms and the class of your school. Thanks, Bronson Curtis Head Wrestling Coach Northeastern High School Bcurtis@nws.k12.in.us
  7. Broken hand, torn MCL either one of these injuries would end an athletes season. Cody Handley had both, and still placed 6th. Words cant describe how proud i am and how great its been to have been matside the past 7 years. Congratulations Cody!
  8. #2 Luke Blanton and #6 Cody Handley.......if Blanton bumps up. ;D
  9. Below is the email my AD got back today from the IHSAA. In the original email my ad asked would there be wrestle backs at the regional and semi state level. He is correct. In order to do team champs at those levels we will need to wrestle to 6th place. Robert E. Faulkens

  13. I am in the process of putting together a record book for Northeastern. Does anyone have historical results from the TEC? I was told to contact Ron Anderson, but I can't seem to track him down. Suggestions? Bronson Curtis Bcurtis@nws.k12.in.us
  14. I'm trying to collect historical info about previous Northeastern wrestlers and their performance in the TEC. Is there a person that's keeps info like that? If so can I get contact info?
  15. we have no idea where handley will go. Either 138 or 145. He did beat luke decker last year, can't figure out why he isn't ranked above him. Honestly it doesn't matter. We will all see what happens at the end on January
  16. Norteastern is looking for a Jr. High and High School assistant coach. See the open positions forum for contact info.
  17. Congratulations to Centerville on the win last night 70-12 versus Northeastern. They wrestled well and were prepared. Granted it helped that Northeastern only wrestled 5 of our wrestlers.
  18. I usually dont get caught up on the disscussion board, to me it's too much drama and I tell my guys to stay away from it. I monitor it to make sure that they aren't on here saying things. However,I felt I had to say something since our "strengh" was being questioned. Yes we are down on numbers, but to me when you take only 9 guys into a tournament that has mostly full teams, and can overcome a 30 point lead that's pretty "strong". I am very proud of my guys. They work hard and had a good weekend. I wont sacrifice the level of intensity in our room to get out more guys. Most of the guys at Northeastern can't handle the work. We are over it now, and are looking to Union Coutny this coming weekend. Good Luck to all TEC teams this year. Thanks, Coach Curtis
