Hockaday with a reversal and nearfall. Starts 3rd up 13-10 and chooses bottom. This will come to the wire
-
After a takedown + nearfall by Jendreas he's up 10-9. Hockaday will need a fall now
-
I think Hockaday needs nearfall he can't trade takedowns/escapes enough for a major
-
Wild opening scramble at 106 - Jendreas briefly puts Hockaday to his back. CP up by 4
-
Critical error by CP 285 trying a throw on Jones. I thought he was going to just minimize the damage and try to avoid the fall

Looks like a team point taken away from bburg now as 220 takes his straps down on the mat after the techfall
At least the 2 team points even out

Why the team point deduction?
CP 195 wrestler didn't think he was pinned. He or one of the coaches may have said something, but not sure
-
Gunner Henry locks up a standing cradle and gets the fall! That was huge. I think CP just lost a team point also. A lot of pressure on CP Paul Clark to score some bonus points at 220
-
WOAH - Cruz had Brewer in some real danger for the last 25 secs of their match! But young Brewer held out and avoided the fall. It's 25-14 CP
-
Have to say - Brownsburg wrestlers giving up 10 lbs and battling (and winning) is impressive! Brewer was at 170 earlier, going here at 182 vs Cruz. Cicciarelli bumped from 160 to 170. I think both Garcias also bumped up. That's a tall order against a team as strong as CP

21-14 after a dominating major by Cicciarelli BB
-
CP frustrated there. Ison stalled out and sort of forced the techfall. Goodwin wanted to try for a pin
-
Goodwin is trying to figure out a combination he can use to try to get a fall. Ison is not having it - looks like he is conceding the techfall, but will not be put in danger
-
Crown Point leads 16-10 but they have to have in the back of their mind that Brownsburg has Jones/Hockaday in the last 2 matches. They are going to need a cushion
-
As a fan, I really appreciate the microphones. I think the table girls are doing an excellent job - I like that they are cheering for their Bulldogs
-
Makes sense - they could have bumped Mendez up a weight - thanks Mike
-
Wasn't medical - the ref looked at the BB bench and then just stopped the match. Mendez looked confused. I guess maybe BB coaches didn't want to give any emotional momentum with a Mendez pin? Wonder why they didn't just FFT?
-
Not sure what happened there - Mendez was up 2-1 and then I guess the match was just defaulted??
-
Nice strong finish for Ison. Team score is 10-4 Brownsburg
-
BB Ison up 3-1 over CP Bahl. Bahl gets the single and Ison's knee extends to the side. Will have to see if it effects him for the last couple minutes
-
113 Haines (BB) controls the match - he was hovering right around the major decision mark, but Nowaczyk hangs tough and rides legs for a while to keep it to a 3-pt decision
-
Attempted to figure out how to award bananas, but they must be long gone from this website?

The entire final dual was fantastic - great job to these young men and their coaches!
29-28 final score
Every little bonus point and penalty point mattered!
And.... the microphone being on was a huge added bonus, you could hear the crowd (and scorekeepers ) going wild
