  1. If the kid was good enough to qualify for state before, but pull a stupid thing like that, then yes. That is a disgrace to a program and a school. If you are mad, keep it under control and try to get your points, but go out trying, that is a real wrestler. You do not give up like that, and if he didn't care anymore, then he could just fall to his back, but NEVER walk off of the mat during a match!!! For a stupid thing like that, he SHOULD be punished, and the best way to prove the point is not allowing him to wrestle at state. Like it or not, that's exactly what I would do if I was his coach.
  2. WRC-Wabash River Conference has 2 125-Hicks HWT-Miller Go WRC, Good luck
  3. If a kid is stupid enough to turn his back to his opponent like that, then if they get injured, its there own fault. I would be disgrace to have a wrestler on my team that would do that, as in I would not let him wrestle on. Thats just pathetic that you would give up like that, because every wrestler knows that this sport is all about heart mainly, it all comes down to how bad do you really want it, especially when it comes down at the third period like that, you wonder why you do it. It takes a real wrestler to continue!
  4. That would be awesome to see them meet again, athough Miller has a very difficult first round match against #2 Travis Thomas, it could possibly happen again, so lets go C-ville Sectional!!! KSA and good luck.
  5. If you are talking about their 171, he is not very good. If Shoaf stays at 71, he will eat him up, but Bachman didn't do very good last year at 189, he had no technique, just tried to outmuscle, and that doesn't work very well if you face someone who is even stronger and has technique
  6. yea, fc has quite a few good ones still nv has shell 140 who is the only undefeated wrestler for them, miller has a ways to go before you can expect much out of him attica, what weight is bachman this year? and they still have a team cause i know nv wrestled them yesterday,
  7. Creatine and any other supplements
  8. I wasn't there myself but from what I heard, it was a 3 way tie for first with NV beating SV, SV beating FC, and FC beating NV, but both NV and SV had unsportsmanlike's, so FC won. Not sure on all individual results but from NV, Shell 140 and Miller HWT won, and then Scott Moore, FC 189 was first
  9. Second thought it still might be up in the air between NV and FC, that was a close dual there
  10. Caleb Miller N. Vermillion had a 9 second pin against Colton Hall S. Newton at the FC Invitaion
  11. I know that FC should win as a team, but am mostly interested in the individual ones
  12. At heavyweight, Caleb Miller of North Vermillion got pinned by Trent Wallace of South Vermillion at the Warrior Classic
  13. Good luck tonight and lets bring home the gold! Just keep doing what you have been doing and it will work out.
  14. GOOD LUCK JAKE WIMSETT!!!! Just keep your head up and just keep wrestling. Don't let anything stop you on your way up to the podium! You can do it! 8)
  15. Bump. ISU has a great wrestling history. True, Bruce Bumgarner is was a great wrestler, I hope that they do bring wrestling back to ISU. True. The greatest heavyweight in US Olympic Team history is an alum. :-[
  16. Well, Miller has been wrestling since he was in third grade, and from all of the camps he has been to, he has began to create his style. His main problem is being in good enough shape to go all 6 minutes.
  17. Second thought, I believe that SV will beat FC because NV beat FC for the WRC title
  18. He is 26-2, losing to Seeger's 215 Phipps and their heavy Mukai.
  19. I had thought that Fountain Central could possibly beat them, but from what I saw at WRC, South Vermillion should be able to win, assuming that they can beat Crawfordsville.
  20. What about Heavy? And, Congrats N. V. Seeger's heavy Mukai won by pin with 5 seconds left, just after he got a takedown.
  21. North Vermillion-209 Fountain Central-202 Seeger-198.5
  22. No, Cloverdale is not in this confrence, the WRC is Attica, Seeger, Fountain Central, North Vermillion, Turkey Run, Rockville, and Covington.
  23. North Vermillion took home the team title along with there 140, 152, and 189 each taking first. Fountain Central got second and Seeger took third. I don't know what the scores were and I am not sure who else won.
