Oh i forgot it was impossible to lose to a guy twice (once in 2OT and another by a point). I think thats in the IHSAA rule book or something. Filled it out in a hurry so must have misread the thorton napules, and the kral fowler match-ups....bad draw for those cause all 4 of them have the skills to place at state. By the way....didn't Hawkins win state last year? and didnt Bradley finish 4th in the same weight class last year? I know alot changes over a year but Hawkins has already proven he can get the job done under the lights so that where my money due to pass success in the tourney.

I agree, people just wait around for the negatives in everything, and when they come about people attack the whole system. I am tired of hearing about all this, I am sure there were some awesome matches at Jay Co. that day but it is completely overshadowed because of some people.

I mean i know its crammed and hard to find a seat but imagine sitting there like that for a couple hours then going out an trying to wrestling.......parents please don't sit in the coaches and wrestlers seats, i mean we love the support but give us our room so we can go out there and do our thing. -

My favorite memory about m'ville SS is when a couple kids got I got yelled at by some kids mom on another team for using inappropriate behavior when an official made a bad call. I then proceeded to explain to her that she was sitting in the wrestlers and coaches only section so the didn't say anything else to me......When she go up to get concessions we slid over and took her seat. -

Bradley beating Hawkins....not necessarily an upset, but anytime a defending state champ gets beat its somewhat of an upset.....the next couple weeks could get interesting at 119

damn, i have been in the room when people don't make weight. I feel sorry for that kid after Vlink sinks his teeth into him......I remember their 171 didn't make weight one time and Vlink wasn't anything compared to his momma

To me it seams like the Colts are the overall better team. They can control the clock and pick people apart with the passing game. On the other hand, the Saints have so many playmakers on the team its ridiculous. They have 3 receivers that can flat out run past you and Reggie Bush is insane. With that being said, I think it will be a close game, or the Colts will win by a few TD's. Prediction: Peyton Manning will pick apart the Saints defense early and put the game away in the fourth quarter. Peyton will throw for over 300 and 4 TD's with a rushing TD by either Addai or Brown. The Saints will score on a big play early and late in the game, Brees Throwing for 2 TDs and about 250 yards, add another TD by Bush (either big return or a rushing TD) then factor in a few field goals and we will have a final of 38-27 in favor of the Indianapolis Colts.

DAC had 3 sectional champs (Merrillville, Crown Point, Portage) but all 8 of the DAC schools were in those 3 sectionals. Chesterton and Laporte finished 2nd and 3rd behing Portage at their sectional

this weight class could get interesting. I remember of arguments two years when Galka was going for his third championship but Sean embraced it and came out on top. Idk to me this sounds like the same type of story. -
Does anyone know the standings as far as the meets go? I believe its Cp, then M'ville, then Portage, Then Chest? Can anyone confirm this? Also wat are the scenarios as far as who can still win the championship? I know its like 2/3 or the scoring is from the duals and 1/3 is for the tourney so this would mean CP would need to get 3rd and M'ville 1st in order for m'ville to win right?
