  10. A Fighter's Heart is a book im reading and I came across a funny story I would like to share you all of you. The book is written by Sam Sheridan. And...is a great read. If you are familiar with Rodrigo Nogueira, from the Ultimate Fighter show (as a coach) and recently fighting Frank Mir, you can put a face to a name. When he was 16, on halloween he and his brother stole a university skeleton that had been placed on the lawn as a joke. During the course of the night, the skeleton got lost, and neither brother could remember where. When an irate professor called the next day, demanding the return of his skeleton and threatening police involvement, Rodrigo begged for a little time, as he and his brother had had enough problems with the police already. At boarding school, Rodrigo had a maid whose boyfriend worked in a cemetary , and she said she could could get him a skeleton. Well, from one of the caves of the anonymous dead she got him a partially decomposed body, maggots and all, and Rodrigo took the body back home ON THE BUS. The smell was so horrible the bus had all the windows down, even though it was winter. Somehow Rodrigo go t the body home without being detected. From a doctor frient the brothers learned that they should leave the bones out, covered with chlorine, to bleach the skeleton; and so thinking they were finally in the clear, they placed the body on the roof of their family's house to bleach for a week while they returned to boarding school. Unfortunately, across the street was a police station. Curious about the decomposing body on the roof, the police stormed his father's house. Rodrigo got a call from his father and had to explain everything. lol this book is full of stories like this..the author trains with many different camps.
  11. Does anyone know what his status is at Purdue? Will he wrestle this year...is he still involved with the team? If he does return to the mat what is his eligibility? Thanks in advance.
  12. I agree with mcgee on his choice for Wabash. This past year coach Anderson brought in two olympians, Brandon Slay and Rulon Gardner. In the two years previous to that they have had Abas,Henson,Guerrero, and Joe williams. Last summer I believe they had about 170 kids. Google Wabash Wrestling Camps for more info.
  13. This is a perfect ask the fighter question. Anyone? Johnny?
  14. What region of the state are you located at?
  15. Does anyone know how much eligibility kenny jordan has left if he is approved to wrestle? Is he still working out with team?
  16. Hey SS look on the main page directly above your article.

Thanks BB for mentioning Aaron. I didn't realize that he was an Indiana product. Geez he has fought a who's who..........Gurgel,Shultz,Alvarez,Fisher,Lytle,Lawler,Edwards, and another 20 or so that I didn't recognize. What a wealth of experience to bring to the cage.
  18. Thanks Johnny it would be sweet if folks getting into the fight game would have someone to bounce there questions off of. Pass on the site to the rest of the fellas that train with you because we would welcome their input as well.
  19. Hey Y2 did you ever post @UFC.com...upstanding...? Just curious.
  20. Actually Boom we are just messing around with "What Ifs". What if we had a dream team of existing Indiana wrestlers that are currently in school on one roster. I guess we could open up hvy as well at this point. Any suggestion?
  21. LOL. Please put a stop to this Y2. I don't think I can laugh anymore.
  22. 60160. I actually laughed out loud at that. So true. So true.
  23. With this feature u can talk to everyone directly while making a blanket statement. Nice. For a second I felt special. Lol
  24. Does anyone know what "new style" of wrestling they were talking about?
