If they are tough enough to even go out for the team, let wrestle the boys. I know a 103# sophomore girl that wins 65-70% of her matches. -

Wahoo for you, reminds me of something my uncle told me just before I got married, he said "Dave dont trust any man that tells you that he wears the pants in his family, he will lie to ya about other things as well". The Star Press only sees Ball State's losing programs and high school basketball, they just do not see this fine sport. Anyway I don't expect to see them around much longer becouse they can't sell papers. If they would open thier eyes and look at all the schools and the fine wrestling programs and outstanding athletes, great coaches and the people involved that put thier heart and souls into this sport in E.C.I. area they might be able to sell more papers.

Do you really think he will pin his way to the Championship? I saw him beat a 215lbr 4-0 earlier this season, needless to say that 215lbr did not make it past the regional. I do think he will be the champ becuase he is a man beast, but he will have some close matches I have watched him in 8 matches he is so quick and strong. Our heavyweight said you just don't realize how quick he is, so i think he can pin his way to the championship.

Wow, I would love to see wrestling grow in popularity in Indiana. Any changes that can be made to help out i'm all for it. maybe we should outlaw x-boxes, play stations, etc.

Has going to a class system for high school basketball hurt high school bball, i think it has only helped.

You cannot underestimate those #4 seeds (great move for the sport)

We moved from a 3a school with a great wrestling program to a 1a school with a good wrestling program. There is a big difference (facilities, equipment, so on and so on) and they have to fight to get a full team, If you ask all the wrestlers from the really small schools, (and i have alot of them), they will tell you that we love to have class wrestling, more kids/parents would get involved in this great sport. Untill we try it nobody wins this argument.
