    In previous years www.broadcastport.net has LIVE VIDEO webcasted the NLC Tourney, even though we have never experienced a very large audience. However the Northern Lakes Conference has decided that we would have to pay $300 in rights fees just so that all 12 of you could watch live. Oh well, I guess the Northern State Conference still appreciates the media coverage.

    The archives are all available from Saturday's Bellmont Super Dual at www.broadcastsport.net. Also each of the individual match scores are there as well. I took the info from the official scoresheets obtained from Bellmont's AD.

    We're 10 days away and I'm hearing nothing! Is this a real event or not??? Is anybody planning on being in attendance? Here's at least a link with the Teams involved listed:http://www.broadcastsport.net/ZipPages/ZIPCode-Wrestling-TeamState-IHSWCA.aspx. Currently there is some sample data plugged into the 3A brackets and a couple matches just to show what the actual event data will look like. After the teams are seeded this Saturday night we will updated the brackets for all 3 classes. We will have 6 separate crews with LIVE VIDEO throughout the event and will maintain match scores and updated brackets. You can watch all or any of the 6 broadcasts at once and track the scores all without leaving this page on December 22nd.

    Jimtown will be holding a send-off Pep Rally on Thursday Dec 20th for their team's first-ever appearance in the Wrestling Team State Finals! www.broadcastsport.net plans on Live Video Webcasting the Pep Rally. Rumor has it there will be a Smoke Machine and in-door FireWorks!!! Also many former Jimmie Wrestlers said to be in attendance. What about the other schools, are you treating this event like a big deal or just another super dual? Another Rumor talked about someone Live Broadcasting the Seeding Meeting. Hopefully, everyone can't watch hold their tempers and watch their language! Or maybe that only happens for events held after Christmas?

    www.broadcastsport.net will of course be LIVE VIDEO webcasting the Team State Tourney from Westfield High School on December 22nd. Our plans are to have 6 separate broadcast crews throughout the entire event, with each crew and video feed covering 2 of the mats at once. Also we will be maintaining updated team scores on a per weight class level and also updating the brackets. So Indiana wrestling fans can watch all of the action and track the results all from the same page at www.broadcastsport.net We are currently putting together our broadcast crews so if you want to be part of the excitement, let us know quickly!

    We have team schedules for all of the wrestling teams in the NECC, NIC, NLC and NSC Conferences on our website at www.broadcastsport.net. We try to keep their results up-to-date as well, when we receive scores from the coaches or find them on IndianaMat or the local newspapers.

    Once again www.broadcastsport.net will come to the rescue. They plan on running 4 separate VIDEO streams covering each of the first 84 matches. As always they can't provide video during the last 14 matches, but 75% of the contestants' fans won't care because they wouldn't get a chance to see their favorite wrestler compete any other way. Still looking for someone from the Mater Dei community to join the broadcast crew to add some local input.

    I don't understand why the IHSAA doesn't receive copies of the official completed brackets and provide links to them like they do for other sports. It seems that most people use the same type of program to track tourneys, so why not publish them? Check out the Swimming results on the IHSAA's website. Why would it be that hard for wrestling? At www.broadcastsport.net we have updated brackets for all 4 semi-states. Just click on either of the buttons for the Merrillville or Fort Wayne Semi-States. We're still missing some scores from Evansville, so if you have them or know of a place where the completed brackets are available please let us know. Oh, BTW you can also watch archived video from either of those 2 Semi-States while you are there.
