Parrish wrestled up to 171 last night against Danville. He also had a very good match against Judkins from Speedway at 160. Parrish won the match 4-1. Very good match.

It is going to be a great match next week with Rassbach from Avon and Oaks from Brownsburg...no matter what the outcome they are both winners....

You are right Old82....It will be a great one this year.....My biggest problem is that I have lived in Brownsburg for about 15 years. I have a lot of good friends here and I have family and friends living in Avon, Danville Cascade and Tri West. My best friends' boy wrestles for Cathedral and I went to Mooresville...I have met a lot of good people and kids at all of these schools and wouldn't trade it for nothing. They are all great people. It is really tough when B-Burg and Avon wrestle. I try to sit in the middle and not show too much emotion because I am cheering for both of them....HA! My next big dilemma is that the little knuckle head in my picture will be starting next year....Not sure where to get him started.....

I think that it will be a toss up between Crawfordsville, Danville and Tri West. They are all pretty solid.

Not trying to make any excuses but Avon was without 2 returning varsity wrestlers last night. It might have made a difference.

I just heard that Parrish is going to 145. Don't know if that is true but who knows. He is a very solid wrestler at any weight.

I may be a little old but when we messed up in school in the 70's we just got paddled and then ran our butt off in practice.......Then we hoped that our parents didn't find out because they beat our butt's worse and they didn't go to jail for it.....

Would have love to seen Kolb and Juliano go at it....They probably wont see each other at Regionals. I have heard that Juliano is going to 152....Either way, it would have been a great match to watch....Hope to see you both at State
