  7. TC Howe is hosting an Invitational. The teams include: Attucks, Scecina, Chatard, Coloumbus East, Ft. Wayne Concordia, and of course TC Howe.
  8. Indianapolis Public Schools 8 schools have in Conference and No OW at the IPSAC Wrestling Tourney
  9. We held wrestle-offs this past Wednesday during school!!!!!!!!
  10. Joe, This is James Brown, the coach at TC Howe, where can I send you our wrestling schedule?
  11. So will Donny Thomas actually certify at 119 he wrestled 130 the past two years........it may be possible though
  12. Donny Thomas is very talented wrestler. I had the opportunity to coach him in middle where he was extraordinary. I know that he and Wright will be great pratice partners as they were at the Cathedral open room in the past. It will be interesting seeing the development of Thomas since pre-season conditioning started last month. I will see him in action Dec. 5th and in Jan. when we compete at the Warren Duals. Good Luck Donny hope to see at the Dance in Feb.
  13. Question what McGingley is at Tech I have seen this mentioned several times on the board????
  14. I am going out on a limb here and predict that Bradon Wright will win another STATE TITLE his season, with it being his senior year!!!!!!!!!!
  15. I will add my two cents. Cathedral is a college prep school most of the students are paying tution to go there. There is no set boundary that Cathedral may have. They have student athletes coming in from everywhere, It is a matter of getting to the school and paying your fees. As far as Wright's eligibility he should be good to go. As far as I know he never moved he has always lived in Warren Township. Nonetheless, it will be an exciting season. We wrestle them in Jan. The only question that I have is how is the room as far as practice partners.
  16. And these are all incoming freshmen, they have to get in the line of course!!!!
  17. For Perry and Cathedral it's just a matter of reloading
  18. If that is the case way to go. I memory serves me right I can recall him winning a State Title with a bum ankle under the Coach Ledbetter. That will be a great hire if they go that route. It is disappointing that Cael will not be making his highschool debut at WC.;D though. I am looking forward to the hire either way.
  19. Yes!!!!! Warren Wrestling is on the rise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  20. Warren Dad, Have they made a decision on who is the next coach at Warren yet? I have heard rumors about the New Pal's Coach, is there any truth in that?
  21. The entire results from Greco State are posted on ISWA site. iswa.com
  22. The Harrison-WL tourney good competition early in the season 10 matches over two days. GREAT TOURNEY!!!!!! Others ones that are good: 1. Al Smith 2. Connersville Tourney 3. Captial City 4. Belmount Duals 5. North Montgomery
  23. It was in the seventh grade, I went to the wrestling room immediatley after football season ended. I was the only kid there that weighed 105 everyone else was heavier, to see that least I wrestled kids that were 15-20 pounds heavier than I was. I can remember my coach with the "Jerry Curl" I think that was the biggest fade in those days. Wrestling a coch with a curl is not fun at all. I stuck with it and now I am coaching, I also met my bestfriend in the wrestling room as well. We went on to wrestle at Tech together in the late 90's when he put me on IR for about the entire season from partially tearing my ACL. Believe it or not it happened drilling one day before wrestle offs for the varisty 112 spot. He had trouble making weight the entire season. We are still best friends until this day. Wresting builds life long friendships.
