Sunday afternoon is when they will come out, why do you people think the IHSAA will do them after Regionals?

Apparently Track had them listed to come out 430pm on Saturday. There is also a post that said the IHSAA told their employees they were releasing Saturday as well.

  2. Here is a snippet taken from the Tribune Star in Terre Haute on the pin, no pin.

Trailing Tell City sophomore Chase Stephens 6-1 entering the third period in the final match, Cowden rallied with a takedown and a three-point near fall to tie the score. With 1:07 showing on the clock, the official slapped his hand to the mat to signify that Cowden had pinned Stephens, causing Northview wrestlers, coaches and fans to celebrate.

    But then …

The official changed his mind and ruled that no pin had occurred before ordering both grapplers to resume action. Neither scored for the rest of the period, forcing a one-minute overtime, during which Stephens followed through on a takedown with 26 seconds left to secure the victory.

  3. Track had said 4pm release but they aren't even built yet in Track. Will the IHSAA make us wait until Tuesday or Wednesday? I hope not.

    Possible ticket rounders at Evansville

195-#1 Purdy vs #2 Henry or #3 Schroeder vs #2 Henry. It will be a travesty of these two matches happen but odds are that one of them will.

120- #7 Goss vs either #3 Schaeffer or #6 Gilbert

    138-#3 Ison or # 16 Syra vs #18 Thornton 37-1, #13 Hammock 36-1 and #9 Fortune 39-1

113-Can the Mooresville top 4 win. They finished today in order, #5 LaRocca, #1 Haines, #4 Rioux, #8 Ash. Which one will #6 Heaston get?

  4. Ford Center is going to be the best for fans. It's a mini Banker's Life. Very comfortable seats. Great views. Newer facility. It hosts the toughest semi state.

The only down side is the drive.

Fort Wayne to Eville 4.5 hours

Crown Point to Eville 4.5 hours

Lafayette to Eville 3 hrs 40 mins

Indianapolis to Eville 2 hrs 46 mins

197: Billy Janzer (RU) over Andrew Davison (NW) (SV-1 3-1)

285: #4 Lucas Davison (NW) over Kyle Epperly (RU) (Fall 3:44)

  6. I get that you are upset and you want Odin higher in the rankings, but what you are really doing is putting Odin out there for everyone to see....and to some will put a target on him. I'd delete this post and let Odin lay low and under the radar. They will wrestle again soon, most likely anyways.

  7. Lane Gilbert and Cole Ross semi state championship match. I believe their record was 1-1 against each other.

    Period 1: Ross up 2-0

    Period 2: Ross up 5-1

Period 3: Ross up 7-1 with a minute 19 left. Lane gets an escape to make it 7-2. Lane hits a lat drop with 35 seconds left and pins Ross.

Gilbert went on to get 4th and Ross 5th.
