    13-14 yr old 170 lb weight class and he weighed in @ 161, his opponent was 194.?

    Does anyone know if there is a maximum weight difference for wrestlers @ Border Wars, Hyway, or ISWA events? For the 2nd time at a Border Wars event my son wasn't even given the option of giving away 30+ lbs. or not wrestling, because the event coordinators don't let us know prior to the matches.

    Roy Myrick competed in his 2nd cage fight on 8/7 in Chesterfield, IN. Although the outcome wasn't what he had hoped for, as he was tapped out in the first round with a leg triangle, he gained valuable experience. Roy is an 8th grader and was matched up against an 18 yr. old fighter. He still was able to be competitive and showed great composure. Again Roy did his martial art of Go-Ti kickboxing and Frankton Middle School wrestling proud.
